2 Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: Directeur de marque et marchandisage pour les PME du secteur des produits pour enfant LLP ES-LEONARDO-LMP Année: 2009 Type de Projet: Statut: Accroche marketing: Résumé: Développement d'innovation Accordé EU-Projets centralisés Le rôle du Directeur de marque est un facteur clé dans la gestion de PME du secteur de la mode pour enfant, y compris des vêtements, des chaussures et tous les produits de soin pour enfant en général. Leurs fonctions et responsabilités ne sont pas encore déterminées, mais doivent prendre en charge toutes les questions liées à la perception, la visualisation et la communication de la marque, afin d atteindre des groupes cibles définis avec les valeurs exigées, aussi bien que leur adéquation à la mission stratégique et qu à leur vision. Ce nouveau profil exige une formation qui n existe pas encore, comme c était le cas il y a quelque temps du profil de designer. Cette formation exige un programme d étude claire, capable de transférer aux futurs professionnels la connaissance et les compétences dont ils ont besoin. Tout d'abord il est nécessaire de définir le profil professionnel pour finalement définir et développer le système de formation et le matériel adéquat. Description: Les objectifs du projet sont : définir un profil professionnel d un Directeur de marque de PME dans le secteur de la mode enfantine définir et développer un programme d'études pour l'enseignement professionnel et formation, assimilé à une norme européenne, y compris une qualification et une structure reconnues définir et développer un système de formation ICT grâce aux outils pédagogiques adéquats déployer une action pilote, avec l'évaluation correspondante et le ajustement des résultats précédents. Reporting period: From 01/09/2009 to 31/09/2010 Domaine d'application: Cible: The results of the project, besides their focus in children s fashion sector, will be applicable to all the SMEs working in sectors with high value of the brand, and with a commercialisation channel composed mainly by multibrand and/or independent retailer shops. Thus, their impact will be broad in the set of European SME. Résultat: The objectives of the project are: - to define a professional profile for the Brand Manager of SMEs in the children s fashion sector; - to define and develop a curriculum for the VET (Vocational Education and Training), as an European standard, including a qualification and recognition framework; - to define and develop a training system ICT based, as well as the corresponding training materials; - to deploy a pilot action, with the corresponding evaluation and readjustment of the previous results. Description: The result will cover different aspects: the needs of the companies to manage the brands, the professional profile of the brand manager, and the training needs to reach it.
