3 Problématique Intégration massive et rapide d unités de production décentralisées (UPD) dans le réseau concept de raccordement avec accès flexible énergie Caractère intermittent des UPD : flux d énergie variable en amplitude et direction congestions, problèmes de tension, amenés à apparaître plus fréquemment Risque pour le réseau et pour les producteurs (curtailment)? Nécessité de faire évoluer l approche déterministe classique utilisée en planification de réseau vers une approche probabiliste pour prendre en compte les incertitudes 3

4 Etat de l art Méthode probabiliste classique : Monte Carlo Sampling Dimension du problème : nombre de variantes (scénarios charge-production) pour chaque situation de réseau N et N-1 Chaque variante correspond à un vecteur de dimension (n+m) avec n : nombre de noeuds électriques m : nombre d UPD Nombre d échantillons nécessaire? Couverture correcte de l ensemble des variantes? Temps de calcul considérable Méthode multistate / multipériode Division de l année en périodes de temps (saisons par exemple) Discrétisation de la charge et de la production Hypothèse : même profil pour les charges, pour les parcs éoliens, Nécessité de développer une méthodologie adaptée - couverture de l ensemble des variantes - prise en compte des corrélations - temps de calcul gérable 4
