2 DOCUMENTATION - FRANCAIS 1. PRESENTATION Le module Prestashop FooterCustom permet d'afficher un footer large personnalisable avec un espace d'inscription à la newsletter. Vous pouvez exporter un fichier CSV avec tous les inscrits à la newsletter. Le choix de l'image ainsi que les liens des blocs sont configurables dans le back-office. Un espace d'édition est également inclus vous permettant d'ajouter tout type d'information (Images, textes, liens...) Vous pouvez choisir dans le back-office si vous souhaitez afficher ou non l'espace d'inscription à la newsletter, l'image, les blocs liens ainsi que l'éditeur. 2. INSTALLATION Pour installer le module sur votre boutique, dézippez l archive ZIP du module puis rendez-vous dans votre client FTP (ex : Filezilla...) Transférez le dossier «footercustom» de l archive dézippée dans le dossier «modules» de votre boutique. Rendez-vous ensuite dans votre back-office dans l onglet Modules >> Autres modules et installez le module Footer Custom. 3. CONFIGURATION Rendez-vous dans votre back-office dans l onglet Modules >> Autres modules et cliquez sur «Configurer» dans les options du module : Vous pouvez alors régler les paramètres du module selon vos besoins. Ce module propose de nombreuses options de configuration vous permettant de personnaliser entièrement le footer de votre boutique. Il dispose de plusieurs espaces de configuration pour chacune des parties du footer : - Un espace de configuration pour la newsletter - Un espace de configuration pour l image - Un espace de configuration pour les blocs liens - Un espace de configuration pour l éditeur Il dispose également d une fonction d exportation de fichiers CSV pour récupérer la liste des clients inscrits à la newsletter. 3 Voici la liste des options de configuration disponibles : L espace de configuration pour la newsletter vous permet d afficher ou non l espace d inscription à la newsletter dans le footer et de définir si vous souhaitez envoyer un mail de confirmation aux nouveaux inscrits. La fonction d exportation vous permet de récupérer un fichier CSV selon plusieurs options d exportation en fonction de vos besoins. Vous pouvez choisir d exporter la liste de tous vos clients, celle des clients inscrits à la newsletter, celle des clients noninscrits, ou encore la liste des inscrits qui ne sont pas clients de votre boutique. L espace de configuration pour l image vous permet d afficher ou non l image dans le footer et de télécharger l image que vous souhaitez. Page 3

4 L espace de configuration pour les blocs liens vous permet d afficher ou non les blocs liens dans le footer et de paramétrer ces derniers. Vous pouvez définir le titre des liens ainsi que les URL correspondantes. Des URL relatives (Ex : sitemap.php) ont été renseignées par défaut afin que les liens s affichent bien sur toutes les boutiques lors de l installation du module, toutefois il est préférable d utiliser des URL absolues (Ex : afin d éviter des erreurs de redirection des liens depuis certaines pages de la boutique. L espace de configuration pour l éditeur vous permet d afficher ou non l éditeur dans le footer. Vous pouvez y insérer tout type d information (Images, textes, liens...) Page 4

5 4. LICENCE ET COPYRIGHT Le module Prestashop FooterCustom a été crée par Prestacrea et est protégé par les lois relatives au droit d auteur. La licence fournie avec l achat de ce module est une licence d utilisation non-exclusive accordée pour un seul site web. Pour utiliser ce module sur plusieurs sites, vous devez vous acquitter de l achat d autant de licences que de sites sur lesquels vous souhaitez l utiliser. Il est strictement interdit de redistribuer ce module, à titre gratuit ou payant, et par tout moyen que ce soit. Cette interdiction est valable même si vous avez modifié le module. Il est également interdit de transférer la licence d utilisation à un tiers sans le consentement écrit de Prestacrea. Toute infraction constatée à ces dispositions ainsi qu'aux droits d'auteur en général fera l'objet de poursuites. Il est rappelé à titre informatif que selon le Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle (art.l à L.121-9), le droit moral d une création est attaché à son créateur de manière perpétuelle et imprescriptible. Toute représentation ou reproduction intégrale ou partielle faite sans le consentement de l'auteur ou de ses ayants droit est un délit de contrefaçon passible de trois ans d'emprisonnement et de Euros d'amende. Il en est de même pour la traduction, l'adaptation ou la transformation, l'arrangement ou la reproduction par un art ou un procédé quelconque. 5. MISES A JOUR ET SUPPORT Le support technique et les mises à jour sont compris avec l achat du module. La compatibilité avec les futures versions de Prestashop n est en revanche pas garantie. Merci de prendre note que le support technique concerne uniquement les éventuels bugs rencontrés avec le module, et en aucun cas la personnalisation ou l adaptation de ce dernier à vos besoins. 6 DOCUMENTATION - ENGLISH 1. PRESENTATION The module Prestashop FooterCustom allows to display a large customizable footer with an area of subscription to the newsletter. You can export a CSV file with all registered to the newsletter. The choice of the image and the links of the blocks are configurable in the back office. An editing space is also included allowing you to add any type of information (Images, texts, links...) You can choose in the back office if you want to display or not the area of subscription to the newsletter, the image, the links blocks and the editor. 2. INSTALLATION To install the module on your store, unzip the ZIP archive of the module and then go to your FTP client (eg Filezilla...) Move the folder «footercustom» of the unzipped archive in the folder «modules» of your store. Then go to your back office in the tab Modules >> Other modules and install the module Footer Custom. 3. CONFIGURATION Go in your back-office in the tab Modules >> Other modules and click on «Configure» in the options of the module : Then you can adjust the settings of the module according to your needs. This module offers numerous configuration options allowing you to entirely customize the footer of your store. It has several configuration spaces for each part of the footer : - A configuration space for the newsletter - A configuration space for the image - A configuration space for the links blocks - A configuration space for the editor It also has an export function of CSV files to retrieve the list of customers registered to the newsletter. 7 Here is the list of configuration options available : The configuration space for the newsletter allows you to display or not the area of subscription to the newsletter in the footer and to define if you want to send a confimation mail to the new registered. The export function allows you to retrieve a CSV file according to several export options depending to your needs. You can choose to export the list of all your customers, the list of customers that are registered to the newsletter, the list of customers that are not registered to the newsletter, or the list of registered to the newsletter that are not customers of your store. The configuration space for the image allows you to display or not the image in the footer and to upload the image you want. Page 7

8 The configuration space for links blocks allows you to display or not the links blocks in the footer and to set them. You can define the titles of the links and the corresponding URL. Relatives URL (eg sitemap.php) were filled in by default so that the links are well displayed on every stores when installing the module, however it is better to use absolutes URL (eg to avoid redirection errors from some pages of the store. The configuration space for the editor allows you to display or not the editor in the footer. You can insert in it any type of information (Images, texts, links...) Page 8

9 4. LICENSE AND COPYRIGHT The module Prestashop FooterCustom was created by Prestacrea and is protected by laws relating to copyright. The license included with the purchase of this module is a non-exclusive use license granted for only one website. To use this module on several websites, you must purchase as many licenses as websites on which you want to use it. It is strictly forbidden to redistribute this module, as a free or paid, and by any means. This prohibition applies even if you modified the module. It is also illegal to transfer the license to a third party without the written consent of Prestacrea. Any infringement of these provisions and the general copyright laws will be prosecuted. It is recalled for information that under the Code of Intellectual Property (art.l to L.121-9), the moral right of a creation is attached to its creator in a perpetual and inalienable way. Any representation or reproduction in whole or in part without the consent of the author or his successors is an infringement punishable by three years imprisonment and a 300,000 euros penalty. It is the same for the translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any technique or process whatsoever. 5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT Technical support and updates are included with the purchase of the module. Compatibility with future versions of Prestashop is however not guaranteed.
