2 effectuer des paiements au titre du Marché de fourniture de portes métalliques à Ouagadougou et Bobo-Dioulasso. 3.L ONEA sollicite des offres fermées de la part de soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour fournir portes métalliques pleines à livrer dans les points de dépôt et de distribution aux bénéficiaires situés dans des installations des arrondissements et de l ONEA à Ouagadougou et Bobo-Dioulasso ; la fourniture est composée de 5 lots constitués ainsi qu il suit : -Lot 1 : fourniture de portes métalliques à Ouagadougou, -Lot 2 : fourniture de portes métalliques à Ouagadougou, -Lot 3 : fourniture de portes métalliques à Ouagadougou, -Lot 4 : fourniture de portes métalliques à Bobo-Dioulasso, -Lot 5 : fourniture de portes métalliques à Bobo-Dioulasso. La durée de livraison est de dix (10) mois 4.La passation du Marché sera conduite par Appel d offres international (AOI) tel que défini dans les «Directives : passation des marchés financés par les Prêts de la BIRD et les Crédits de l IDA», et ouvert à tous les soumissionnaires de pays éligibles tels que définis dans les Directives de mai 2004 révisées en octobre Les soumissionnaires éligibles et intéressés peuvent obtenir des informations auprès de l ONEA, Département Approvisionnements et Logistique, Tél à 08, Fax , oneadg@fasonet.bf et prendre connaissance des documents d Appel d offres à l adresse numéro A.2. mentionnée ci-dessous de 7h30 à 12h30 et 15h à 18h. 6.Les exigences en matière de qualifications sont : -Tous les candidats des pays satisfaisant aux critères de provenance énoncés dans les directives sont admis à soumissionner ; -Les critères de qualifications sont le chiffre d affaires, les références techniques et la ligne de crédit. -Les soumissionnaires installés au doivent également présenter les attestations en cours de validité prouvant qu ils sont en règle vis-à-vis de : La Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale, La Direction Régionale du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale ; L Administration Fiscale ; l Agence Judiciaire du Trésor (AJT).
