2 The Royal Gazette August 1, Gazette royale 1 er août 2012 JULY 17, Under subsection 6(1) of the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council appoints the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation: (a) Tim Clarke, Grafton, New Brunswick, for a term of four years, effective July 17, 2012; and (b) Rémi Roussel, Caraquet, New Brunswick, for a term of five years, effective July 17, Graydon Nicholas, Lieutenant-Governor JULY 17, Under subsection 8(1) of the Unsightly Premises Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, being of the opinion that there is a by-law in force in the municipality of the Village of Bas- Caraquet which provides satisfactorily for the regulating of unsightly premises, suspends the operation of sections 3 to 7 and section 10 of the Unsightly Premises Act in the municipality of the Village of Bas-Caraquet. 2. Under subsection 8(3) of the Unsightly Premises Act and section 26 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council revokes Order in Council dated August 24, Graydon Nicholas, Lieutenant-Governor JULY 17, Under subsection 8(1) of the Unsightly Premises Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, being of the opinion that there is a by-law in force in the municipality of Saint-Isidore which provides satisfactorily for the regulating of unsightly premises, suspends the operation of sections 3 to 7 and section 10 of the Unsightly Premises Act in the municipality of Saint-Isidore. 2. 3 The Royal Gazette August 1, Gazette royale 1 er août Under subsection 8(3) of the Unsightly Premises Act and section 26 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council revokes paragraph (1) of Order in Council dated August 25, Graydon Nicholas, Lieutenant-Governor JULY 17, Under subsection 8(1) of the Unsightly Premises Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, being of the opinion that there is a by-law in force in the municipality of Sainte-Marie-Saint- Raphaël which provides satisfactorily for the regulating of unsightly premises, suspends the operation of sections 3 to 7 and section 10 of the Unsightly Premises Act in the municipality of Sainte-Marie-Saint-Raphaël. 2. Under subsection 8(3) of the Unsightly Premises Act and section 26 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council revokes Order in Council dated September 2, Graydon Nicholas, Lieutenant-Governor JULY 17, Under subsections 18(4) and 26(3) of the Small Claims Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council direct that: (a) Small Claims Court adjudicators appointed under subsection 18(1) of the Small Claims Act are remunerated at a per diem rate of $500 or $250 per half-day and reimbursed for travel expenses in accordance with Administration Manual Policy AD-2801; (b) the member of the Complaints Committee appointed under paragraph 26(1)(b) of the Small Claims Act is remunerated at a per diem rate of $400 or $200 per half-day and reimbursed for travel expenses in accordance with Administration Manual Policy AD-2801; and (c) the member of the Complaints Committee appointed under paragraph 26(1)(c) of the Small Claims Act is remunerated at a per diem rate of $250 or $125 per half-day and reimbursed for travel expenses in accordance with Administration Manual Policy AD Graydon Nicholas, Lieutenant-Governor 2.
