2 Alison McDonald, Conservation de la Nation sud ententes pour la protection de l eau potable à la source Mme McDonald présente les zones de protection de la source d eau de Casselman. Elle explique les responsabilités du village et le soutien et le travail effectué par la Conservation de la Nation sud avec le financement reçu par la province. Alison McDonald, South Nation Conservation Authority Potable Water Source Protection Agreements Ms. McDonald presents the Casselman intake protection zones. She explains the village responsibilities and the support and work done by the South Nation Conservation Authority with the funding received by the Province. Pierre Lemieux sera présent vendredi le 21 mars pour faire la présentation du chèque. M. Levac présente une deuxième lettre concernant la gestion organisationnelle du Conseil municipal et du personnel. Mayor s message The Mayor s message concerns the approved funding application for the seniors. Mr. Pierre Lemieux will present the cheque on Friday, March 21 st. Mr. Levac presents second letter regarding the direction of the municipal Council and staff. 3 36 Ce rapport représente les investissements du cycle complet d entretien, de réhabilitation, de renouvellement et les besoins de remplacement appliqué sur une période de planification de dix ans de 2014 à Les travaux recommandés pour chaque élément d actif ont été affectés de sorte que les niveaux de services souhaités seront atteints pour chaque catégorie d infrastructure du village : les routes et l éclairage des rues, l'entretien de la flotte de véhicules et des bâtiments, le système d'approvisionnement en eau, le système de collecte des eaux usées et le système de collecte des eaux pluviales. Ce plan aidera la municipalité à prendre des décisions relatives à la construction, l'exploitation, l'entretien, le renouvellement, le remplacement, la disposition et le financement des actifs du village. Pour les années à venir le conseil actuel et les futurs conseils auront la responsabilité de maintenir ce plan de gestion des actifs afin d en assurer son implantation. This report represents the full cycle investments for maintenance, rehabilitation, renewal and replacement needs applied over a ten year planning period from 2014 to The recommended works for each asset were assigned so that the desired levels of service will be met for each of the Village s infrastructure categories: roads and street lighting, maintenance fleet and buildings, water supply system, wastewater collection system and storm water collection system. This plan will assist the municipality with decisions regarding the building, operation, maintenance, renewal, replacement, disposition and funding of the village assets. For coming years, the current Council and future Councils will have the responsibility to maintain this asset management plan to ensure its implementation. REPORT FROM THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Be it resolved that Council acknowledges receipt of the administrative report DG from the Chief Administrative Officer and approves the recommendations to confirm the funding agreement for the protection of municipal sources.

REPORT FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DIRECTOR Be it resolved that Council acknowledges receipt of the administrative report EN from the Environmental Services Director and approves the recommendations concerning the inspection report from NSF for the water treatment plant.
