8 Technische Beschreiung: Eingeengte Toleranz (HS-T) Technical description: Reduced tolerance (HS-T) Description technique: Tolérances resserrées (HS-T) Seit Einführung der Produktgruppe MTS im Jahr 1995 fertigt die Wohlhaupter GmH alle Werkzeug halter für den stehenden Einsatz mit einem eingeengten Toleranzfeld. Dadurch wird der eventuell entstehende Winkelfehler so gering wie möglich gehalten und garantiert eine hohe Genauigkeit der Schneiden höhe zum Werkstück. Um dieser Prolematik des Winkel fehlers generell entgegenzuwirken wurde der HS-T mit eingeschränktem Mitnehmer - spiel nach ISO genormt. MTS-Werkzeuge von Wohlhaupter entsprechen dieser HS-T-Norm. Since the introduction of the MTS product group in 1995, Wohlhaupter GmH has manufactured all tool holders for stationary application with a reduced tolerance range. This keeps any angular errors occurring as small as possile and guarantees high accuracy of the cutting height with respect to the workpiece. To comat this angular error in general, the HS-T with restricted drive key clearance has een included in a prestandard. MTS tools from Wohlhaupter now already comply to the widest extent with the HS-T standard. 9 Technische Beschreiung: Schneidenlage Technical description: Cutting edge position Description technique: La position de l arête de coupe Lage der Werkzeugschneide Die deutsche Norm, DIN (egelhohlschäfte mit Plananlage Teil 1, Form A und Form C) definiert die Lage der Werkzeugschneide ei einschneidigen Zerspanungswerkzeugen in rechter Ausführung (Bild 1). Ausgehend von dieser auf die Mitnehmernuten ezogene Festlegung wird ei Wohlhaupter jede aweichende Schneidenlage im Uhrzeigersinn in Winkelgraden ausgewiesen (Bild 2 und Bild 3). Die Schneidenlage sollte vor jedem Werkzeugeinsatz grundsätzlich geprüft werden und ist ei Aufträgen von Sonderwerkzeugen und Sonderspannzeugen vom Anwender schriftlich zu genehmigen. Die in apitel A F dargestellten Werk - zeuge sind in der Schneidenlage 0 ageildet. Position of the tool edge German standard DIN (tapered hollow shanks Part 1, Form A and Form C) defines the position of the tool edge in singleedged cutting tools as right-hand versions (Fig. 1). La position de l'arête de coupe doit être contrôlée avant chaque utilisation. En cas de fourniture d'outillages spéciaux et d'attachements spéciaux, celle-ci doit être homologuée d'un commun accord entre utilisateur et constructeur. 12 Technische Beschreiung: Grundaufnahmen DIN ISO Technical description: Master shanks DIN ISO Description technique: Modules de ase DIN ISO Diese Grundaufnahmen sind zur Aufnahme von MTS-Werkzeughaltern mit HS oder erzahnkörpern MTS mit MVS- Verindungsstelle sowie allen weiteren -omponenten vorgesehen. Die Grundaufnahmen sind mit gehärtetem Schaft gemäß DIN ISO gefertigt. Schaft, erverzahnung, Anlageflächen, Fixierohrung und Aufnahmeohrung werden geschliffen zw. hartgedreht. Zwei Versionen wurden konstruktiv so ausgelegt, daß der HS und die MVS- Verindungsstelle um 180 gedreht werden können. So ist es je nach Dreh - richtung auf dem Werkzeugrevolver nicht notwendig, einen normalen oder Üerkopfhalter einzusetzen. Mit dem Wohlhaupter- - System esteht die Möglichkeit, durch linke und rechte Plattenhalter jeder Anwendung gerecht zu werden. Bezeichnungsschlüssel siehe lappseiten III am Ende des ataloges! The master shanks are manufactured with a hardened shank according to DIN ISO Shank, serrated tool ody, surfaces, fixing ore and holding ore are ground or hard turned. Ces attachements de ase sont livrés traités selon la norme DIN ISO Queue, face striée, faces d appui, trous de fixation et d attachement sont rectifiés ou tournés avec la technique du tournage dur. Deux versions sont disposées avec une rotation de 180 pour la connection MVS et l attachement HS. Cela évite le montage d un outil complémentaire sur le tourelle suivant le sens de rotation. Avec le système Wohlhaupter il est possile de monter indifféremment des porte plaquettes en version droite ou gauche selon les esoins de l application. Das für die Trennstelle verwendete 60 --Profil garantiert eine formschlüs - sige raftüertragung. Die hochfesten Befestigungsschrauen sind als Passschrauen zw. Zylinder - schrauen ausgeführt und sorgen mit der erverzahnung für die wiederholgenaue Lageorientierung des Plattenhalters auf dem Werkzeug halter. Die hohe Präzision der HS-Schnittstelle garantiert eine Wiederholgenauigkeit von 3 µm. La face striée et rectifiée à 60 suivant le profil garantit un serrage efficace par un transfert fiale des forces. Les éléments de serrage à haute résistance sont conçus sous forme de oulons calirés et de vis de serrage.
