2 FASEP Formation Professionnelle : principes de l outill FASEP Tool for Vocational Training : principles Outil financier d aide publique au développement du Ministère de l Economie, des Finances et de l Industrie, créé en 2009 A financial development assistance tool of the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, created in Instrument de don (entre 100 et 300 k par projet) Grant instrument (between 100 and 300 k per project) Principe : cofinancement de prestations préparatoires à des actions de formation professionnelle dans les pays en développement : Etude de faisabilité pour la création d un centre de formation ; Réalisation de formations pilotes. - dans le cadre d'un projet d'infrastructure précis ; - ou dans le cadre plus général du développement d'un renforcement capacitaire local (décideurs, maîtrise d ouvrage ) Principle : co-funding preparation of vocational training actions in developing countries: Feasibility study for the creation of a training center ; Implementation of pilot vocational training actions. - Pursuant to a specific infrastructure project ; - Or in the more general context of increasing local capacities

8 DIFFERENTS TYPES DE FORMATIONS ET DE NIVEAUX PROJETES Different types of training sessions and expected levels des formations initiales (1 à 2 ans) de managers et cadres techniques : 60 cadres /an des formations initiales de 3-4 mois : 90 Techniciens / an des formations continues (stages courts qualifiants) 10 Cadres, 150 Techniciens, 450 à 750 OS LES AGREMENTS UNIVERSITAIRES ET INFP SONT RECHERCHES UNE GESTION SOUS TUTELLE MINISTERIELLE REPRESENTEE PAR DINEPA UN CONSEIL D ADMINISTRATION ETENDU Initial training (1 to 2 years) of managers and executives : 60 executives / year initial training (3 to 4 months): 90 technicians / year in-service training (short courses with skills certification) 10 executives, 150 technicians, 450 to 750 workers UNIVERSITY AND INFP AGREEMENTS ARE TARGETED MANAGEMENT UNDER MINISTERIAL GUARDIANSHIP (BY DINEPA) A VAST BOARD OF DIRECTORS
