2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Der FK-Verteiler dient zur Eröffnung einer AS-i Stichleitung (gelb / gelb) oder einer Stichleitung für die externe Hilfsspannung (schwarz / schwarz) Montage Schalten Sie die Anlage spannungsfrei. Wichtige Hinweise Achten Sie beim Auswechseln des FK-Verteilers darauf, daß die Piercingstellen des AS-i Flachkabels entweder wieder exakt benutzt werden oder aber zumindest innerhalb der schwarzen Dichtung des FK- Verteilers liegen. Montage Unterteil Wählen Sie eine plane Montagefläche. Befestigen Sie das Unterteil auf der Montagefläche (Montagelöcher ➀ ); die Montageschrauben sind nicht im Lieferumfang

Passen Sie die Kabel richtig in die Profilnut ein.

3 Legen Sie entweder zwei gelbe AS-i Flachkabel für die AS-i Spannung oder zwei schwarze Kabel für die externe Hilfsspannung in die Kabelschächte ein. Passen Sie die Kabel richtig in die Profilnut ein. Montage Oberteil Setzen Sie das Oberteil auf und ziehen Sie die Schrauben ➁ abwechselnd fest (Schrauben im Lieferumfang), Anzugsmoment 2,5 Nm. 4 Verlegen Sie das AS-i Flachkabel sorgfältig, der gerade Verlauf des- Flachkabels sollte ca. 15cm betragen. 15 cm 4

5 Function and features The FC splitter is used to add an AS-i spur (yellow / yellow) or a spur for the external auxiliary voltage (black/black) Mounting Disconnect the installation. Important notes Ensure when replacing the FC splitter that the pierced points on the AS-i flat cable are either used again or are placed within the black seal area of the FC splitter. 6 Insert two yellow AS-i flat cables for the AS-i voltage or two black cables for the external auxiliary voltage into the cable ducts. Ensure correct positioning of the cables in the profiled slot. Mounting of upper part Place the upper part and tighten the screws ➁ alternately (screws supplied), tightening torque 2.5 Nm. tightening torque 2.5 Nm 6

7 Take care in laying the AS-i flat cable, the flat cable should be laid straight for about 15 cm. 15 cm 7

8 Caractéristiques et fonctionnement Le répartiteur pour câble plat sert à ajouter un tronçon AS-i (jaune / jaune) ou un tronçon pour l'alimentation auxiliaire externe (noir / noir) Montage Mettre l'installation hors tension. Informations importantes Si vous remplacez le répartiteur pour câble plat, assurez vous que les points percés du câble plat AS-i sont utilisés de nouveau exactement au même endroit, ou qu'ils sont au moins dans la zone du joint d'étanchéité noir du répartiteur pour câble plat. Montage de l'embase Choisir une surface de montage plane. Fixer l'embase sur la surface de montage (trous de montage ➀); les vis ne sont pas fournies

9 Insérer deux câbles plats AS-i jaunes pour l'alimentation AS-i ou deux câbles noirs pour l'alimentation auxiliaire externe dans les guides de câble. Assurer le bon positionnement des câbles dans le guide profilé. Montage de la partie supérieure Poser la partie supérieure et serrer les vis ➁ en alternance (vis fournies), couple de serrage 2,5 Nm. couple de serrage 2,5 Nm 9

10 Poser le câble plat AS-i soigneusement, avec une longeur droite minimum d'environ 15 cm. 15 cm 10
