Vous trouverez ci-joint les fiches de poste correspondantes. Conformément aux statuts de l IIF, ces personnes doivent appartenir à un pays membre de l IIF. Les deux langues officielles étant l anglais et le français, une maîtrise des deux langues est nécessaire. The IIR is an intergovernmental science and technology based organization which promotes knowledge of all refrigeration applications and technologies, through data collecting and processing an expertise network, publications, conferences and participation in the dissemination of the outcomes of research projects... Its staff consists of 12 persons. The IIR is seeking for its head office in Paris preferably a English-mother-tongue Communication Manager, with fluent French, who will manage the IIR s communication policy and conferences, and will exhibit at trade shows, promote corporate and private membership, manage Web content and write promotional material. L IIF recherche pour son siège à Paris un adjoint au Directeur, de formation scientifique et technique, ayant une parfaite maîtrise de l anglais et du français, qui sera chargé avec l aide du Département d Information Scientifique et Technique (DIST) et du réseau d experts internationaux de l IIF, de la rédaction et du contrôle de notes et de publications, de la gestion des projets de recherche européens ou autres. Il assistera le directeur dans l organisation des réunions statutaires et le remplacera en cas de besoin pour toutes choses diverses. The IIR is an intergovernmental science and technology based organization which promotes knowledge of all refrigeration applications and technologies, through data collecting and processing an expertise network, publications, conferences and participation in the dissemination of the outcomes of research projects... Its staff consists of 12 persons. The IIR is seeking for its head office in Paris a Deputy Director, with a scientific and technical background. The candidate should be a very good English and French speaker. He or she will be in charge, with the help of the Scientific and Technical Information Department (STID) and the IIR s international expertise network, of the writing and proofreading of notes and publications, of the management of European or other research projects. He or she will assist the Director in the organization of statutory meetings and will replace him if required for various missions. Desired education and experience: Scientific and technical training, preferably in the refrigeration sector Experience in internal and external communication and international relations Good writing skills Fluent English and French. English mother tongue would definitely be a plus. L IIF recherche, pour son Département d Information Scientifique et Technique, composé de 4 personnes, un(e) documentaliste. Le poste est à pourvoir immédiatement. Missions : Base de données Fridoc : catalogage des données bibliographiques (logiciel Archimed Incipio), analyse, indexation, numérisation de certains documents. Bulletinage, gestion des ouvrages, recherches documentaires, classement, archivage, accueil des visiteurs de la bibliothèque de l IIF. Participation, selon profil, à d autres services/produits documentaires et d information au sein du DIST telles que dépouillement de revues, rédaction d actualités ou de contenus pour le site Web. Profil requis : Diplôme de documentaliste (Bac +2 ou plus) et première expérience des activités documentaires et d information. La maîtrise de l anglais et du français est indispensable. Sens de l organisation et rigueur. Esprit d équipe. The IIR s Scientific and Technical Dept. provides members of the IIR and visitors to the IIR s recently revamped portal ( with a range of services and information products: bilingual Fridoc database containing over entries from all parts of the world, a Newsletter, new items, files, economic data, directories, events agenda, documentary research, and an e-alert service. The IIR is seeking an information officer for its Scientific and Technical Information Dept. comprising 4 persons. The position is available immediately. Missions: Fridoc database: cataloguing of bibliographical data (Archimed Incipio software), analysis, indexation, scanning of certain documents. Tracking, book and journal management, documentary research, classification, archiving, reception of persons visiting the IIR s library. According to the successful candidate s profile, other roles including information products and other STID activities such as review of journal content, writing of news items or Web content. Required profile: Qualified information officer (2-year or higher diploma) and previous experience in information providing. Fluency in English and French is essential Well-organized and rigorous. Team spirit. The following skills and knowledge would be key assets in this position: Scientific background Writing skills Knowledge of HTML language and experience in Web publication/writing.
