1 Official Letter of Invitation To whom it may concern, As one of the pioneers of Women s Wrestling, Christine Nordhagen 6-time World Champion and 2004 Olympian, understands the need for international competition for young wrestlers. It was her dream to develop a tournament to bring the best countries in the world together to compete in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. And so it is with great honour that Christine invites you to the, to compete and train in Calgary, Alberta, where Olympians are made. 3 Financial Considerations Flights: Each team is responsible for the cost and travel plans to the Calgary International Airport Transportation: The organizing committee will provide transportation from the Calgary International Airport to the host accommodations and venue, tournament and training camp. Food and Accommodation: International Teams will have their food and accommodation paid for by the organizing committee for the duration of the competition May 12 th 15 th (3 nights). Tournament Registration Fee: $30 CAD per athlete Technical Information Tournament (May 14, 2016) Junior Women s Weight Categories: 44, 48, 51, 55, 59, 63, 67, 72 kg (+2 kg tolerance) Junior Men s Freestyle Weight Categories: 50, 55, 60, 66, 74, 84, 96, 120 kg (+2 kg tolerance) **All athletes must have a valid 2016 UWW competition license. Training Camp Training Camp (May 15 th 19 th, 2016) Teams are welcome to stay following the tournament and train in Calgary with the National Team Training Group. Arrangements for this can be made through the organizing committee. Elle avait donc comme rêve de mettre sur pied un tournoi réunissant les meilleures nations mondiales à Calgary, en Alberta, au Canada. Repas et hébergement: Le comité organisateur défraiera les coûts de repas et d'hébergement des équipes participantes pendant le compétition, soit du 12 au 15 mai, 2016 (3 nuits). Stages d'entraînement Stage d'entraînement (du 15 au 19 mai, 2016) Les équipes sont invitées à rester après le tournoi pour s'entraîner à Calgary avec le groupe d'entraînement de l'équipe nationale. Vous pouvez faire des arrangements à ce sujet par l'entremise du comité organisateur.
