Shoulder to overhead L'athlète charge sa barre comme bon lui semble L'athlète peut changer la charge en cours de WOD L'athlète commence avec un Deadlift L'athlète réalise un Hang squat Clean La barre commence au-dessus des genoux L athlète réceptionne la barre en position squat (casser la parallèle) Les coudes sont devant la barre Extension totale des jambes et hanches L'athlète termine avec un Shoulder to overhead Strict Press; Push Press; Push Jerk ou Split Jerk est autorisé, La barre doit être au-dessus de la tête, la tête devant les épaules Extension totale des bras, jambes et hanches Les mouvements seront réalisés l'un après l'autre sans relâcher la barre. L'enchainement doit être fluide. Si le complex est interrompu c'est une "no rep" Le score sera le maximum de complex multiplié par la charge soulevée. 5 HAND RELEASE PUSH UP (team penalty) L'athlete homme est en position gainage avec les pieds et mains qui touchent le sol L'athlete femme a la permission d'avoir aussi les genoux qui touchent le sol L'athlete effectue une flexion de bras et amène le torse au sol Lorsque l'athlète a le torse au sol, il décolle les mains du sol de manière ostentatoire La rep est validée dès que l'athlète est de retour en position gainage La pénalité est de 5 hand release push ups The male athlete is in the plank position with only the feet and hands are touching the ground The female athlete is allowed to have also the knees touching the ground The athlete bends his/her arms and bring the torso to the ground Once the torso is on the ground, the athlete releases his/her hands off the ground. Exagerate the movements The rep is validated once the athlete iss back on the plank position The penalty is 5 hand release push ups EXTRAS Le WOD 3A commence par le complex (Deadlift + Hang Squat Clean + Shoulder to overhead) Le WOD 3B commence par 7 mètres aller-retour (14 mètres) en Dumbell overhead lunge Le WOD 3A starts with the complex (Deadlift + Hang Squat Clean + Shoulder to overhead) Le WOD 3B starts with 7 meters back and forth (14 meters) Dumbell overhead lunge Les équipiers font une tournante par mouvement. Lorsque une série de mouvements se termine l'athlète passe la main au suivant. L'équipe définit un ordre de passage et respecte celui-ci tout le long du WOD. Pour remplacer un athlète lors du workout, les équipiers se tapent dans la main avant. Tout oubli entrainera un pénalité au score (1 rep) L'équipe a le droit d'effectuer le remplacement d'un athlète pendant sa série, néanmoins l'ordre de passage doit être respecter. Cependant 5 Hand release push ups sont imposés à l'équipe lorsqu'un athlète est remplacé dans son mouvement. Le WOD 3B commence par 7 mètres aller-retour (14 mètres) en Dumbell overhead lunge Each athlete must be involved in each round. You must switch athlete everytime a new movement begins The team defines the order in which the athletes must perform, and sticks with it the entire WOD To switch athlete during the workouts, the teamates will check each other hand. Forgetting it may costs you a score penalty (1 rep) The team is allowed to replace an athlete during his/her turn, however the order should be respected However 5 Hand release push ups penalty once an athlete is replaced during his/her turn Le WOD 3A starts with the complex (Deadlift + Hang Squat Clean + Shoulder to overhead).
