1 Élections SECUSM-CSN Septembre 2017 En vue des élections SECUSM CSN qui auront lieu en septembre 2017 il est important de prendre connaissance des points suivants : Le conseil syndical vous recommande M Mario Provost comme président d élection et Mme Judith Ryan comme secrétaire d élection. La procédure d élection sera de type électronique. Il sera important de vous assurer que votre adresse de domicile est à jour afin de recevoir votre code d accès pour exercer votre vote. Le vote électronique pourra être fait à partir de la maison, un appareil électronique (cellulaire, tablette) ou d un ordinateur dans le bureau syndical. Les élections du comité exécutif, du conseil syndical et du comité de surveillance seront tenues simultanément. La mise en candidature se fait en utilisant le formulaire apparaissant en annexe (Annexe I pour le comité exécutif et Annexe II pour le conseil syndical et le comité de surveillance). Cette candidature doit être appuyée par la signature de 5 membres en règle* pour le comité exécutif et de 3 membres en règle* pour le conseil syndical et le comité de surveillance. La personne présidente et la personne secrétaire d élection ne peuvent appuyer une candidature. (Il est de la responsabilité du candidat de valider que les membres signataires sont en règle via la liste au bureau du syndicat) Le candidat éligible ne peut se présenter qu à un seul poste. Le formulaire de mise en candidature doit être remis à la présidence d élection en main propre, par courriel ou par télécopie au numéro identifié au plus tard le 11 Septembre 2017, 17h00. Aucune publicité électorale ne peut être affichée ou distribuée par un candidat ou un membre en libération syndicale. Les bureaux syndicaux se doivent de rester neutres ; par conséquent aucune affiche ne doit être placée sur les portes et/ou sur les murs. 2 Elections SECUSM-CSN September 2017 In view of the elections for the MUHCEU CSN to be held in September 2017, it is important to note the following points: The union council recommends M Mario Provost as returning officer and Mme Judith Ryan as election clerk. The election procedure will be electronic. It will be important to ensure that your home address is up-to-date in order to receive your pin code to exercise your vote. Electronic voting can be done from home on an electronic device (cell phone, tablet) or on a computer in the union office. The elections of the executive committee, the union council and surveillance committee will be held simultaneously. Nominations are made using the form provided in the Appendix (Annex I for the Executive Committee and Appendix II for the Union Council and the Supervisory Committee). This nomination must be supported by the signature of 5 members in good standing* for the executive committee and 3 members in good standing* for the union council and the surveillance committee. The president and secretary of elections can not support any nomination. (*It is the responsibility of the candidate to validate that the signing members are in good standing via list in the union office) The eligible candidate may present himself or herself to only one position. The nomination form must be delivered to the president of election by hand, by or by fax to the identified number no later than September 11, 2017, 5:00 pm. No election advertising may be posted or distributed by a candidate or member on union release. Trade union offices must remain neutral; therefore no signs should be placed on the doors and / or on the walls. Veuillez aussi soumettre une photo et un texte auto-descriptif d un maximum de 150 mots.
