LA MOTION EST APPROUVÉE Having considered a recommendation by Stephen Willis, it was moved by Michael Pankiw, seconded by Richard Aubry, that the use of the Canadian Museum of History site for the Casino du Lac-Leamy Sound of Light be approved, under the following conditions: 1. that the NCC cut down the willow tree on its lands if: a. the Proponent, in conjunction with the Canadian Museum of History and the Province of Quebec, obtains Quebec's approval to cut down the willow tree on provincial lands; b. the Proponent submits an acceptable compensation plan to the NCC for the removal of the willow tree on NCC lands.
