De cette façon notre projet répond à la nécessité de résoudre les problèmes nationaux :la lutte contre l illettrisme en langue maternelle (les résultats pour la Bulgarie du sondage PISA); augmentation des chances d insertion dans le monde du travail dans le pays et à l étranger; un outil différent pour des étrangers qui s intéressent à la langue bulgare; amélioration des connaissances en langue étrangère (mobilité en Union européenne); initiation à l utilisation des nouveaux moyens de technologie multimédia (exigence incontournable pour faciliter l insertion dans le monde du travail).il favorise l approche individuelle de l apprentissage, chacun travaillant à son niveau et à son rythme, là ou il voudrait et pourrait, jeunes et adultes, handicapés, minorités ethniques. In comparison with the great variety of methods, approaches and instruments made for studying the foreign languages, in studying the Bulgarian language there is a lack of modern opportunities, attractive and interesting, which could increase the motivation and the desire for learning in young disabled people, adults and foreigners. One of the aims is to motivate young people by offering them an attractive multimedia instrument, urging them to read and write as well as teaching them to work with information technologies based on the game approach. As a multimedia product this CD-ROM offers a lot of opportunities to improve the knowledge of a language: sound, picture, text (both for reading and writing). The Pedagogical instrument DVD Restaurant Venezia 3 provides us with a different way of learning the Bulgarian language more attractive and interactive, where the basic aim is to develop the reading and writing skills as well as the communicative skills of young people who meet difficulties in learning as well as old people, either poor qualified or unqualified, in this way contributing to their development and making easier their integrating in the labour market, also giving them the opportunity to actively participate in the European market.
