Horaire et échauffements Les heures d échauffements du vendredi et dimanche demeurent les mêmes que dans l invitation : aucun changement. L horaire du samedi est modifié comme suit : SAMEDI PRÉLIMINAIRES Échauffement: 7h00 7h50 Début de la compétition: 8h00 SAMEDI MIDI (12 ans et moins) Échauffement: 12h30 12h55 Début de la compétition: 13h00 *Réunion des entraîneurs : 12h20 SAMEDI FINALES Échauffement: 18h00 18h40 Début de la compétition: 18h45

2 Voir l assignation de couloirs pour les préliminaires. Nous vous rappelons que les entraîneurs sont responsables de la supervision de leurs nageurs pendant toute la période d échauffement. Aucune assignation de couloir en finales. Il ne doit pas y avoir plus de 40 nageurs par couloir. Pendant l échauffement, le nageur doit entrer dans la piscine «les pieds en premier, en se glissant dans l eau.» AUCUN SAUT. Tous les participants nageant dans un même couloir doivent circuler en utilisant une voie d aller et une voie de retour, de façon sécuritaire. Les plongeons seront permis pendant le dernier 5 minutes de chacune des périodes d échauffement. La circulation dans ces couloirs est alors à sens unique, sortant à la fin du couloir. Le bassin de dénagement de 18m sera disponible durant toute la compétition. Épreuves POUR TOUS (13 ans et plus et 12 ans et moins) * Étant donné le nombre élevé d inscriptions, nous demandons la collaboration des entraîneurs afin de nous informer d un forfait, même par courriel avant la rencontre. La confirmation de présence de vos nageurs aux épreuves de 400m QNI, 400m libre, 800m libre et 1500m libre est obligatoire à la table du commis de course, au plus tard 30 minutes AVANT le début de la rencontre. Nous nous réservons le droit de déclarer forfait tout nageur non confirmé. Un nageur confirmé qui ne se présente pas au départ sera exclu de toutes ses autres épreuves de la journée. Si le nombre d officiels le permet, les épreuves de 800m et 1500m libre pourraient être nagées deux (2) couloirs. *800m libre et 1500m libre : Finales par le temps temps du plus rapide au plus lent en alternance femmes/hommes Les 6 meilleurs temps prouvés chez les femmes et les hommes tous âges confondus nageront directement en finales Samedi MIDI (12 ans et moins) : Confirmation de présence au plus tard à 12h45. Le relais 4x100m libre a été retiré du programme. Si le nombre d officiels le permet, l épreuve de 400m libre pourrait être nagée deux (2) par couloirs. 2

Schedule and Warm-ups The schedule for warm-up on Friday and Sunday are the same as in the invitation. NO CHANGE. 3

4 The Saturday schedule is changed as follows: SATURDAY PRELIMINARIES Warm-up: 7:00am 7:50am Start: 8:00am SATURDAY NOON (12 years and under) Warm-up: 12:30pm 12:55pm Start: 1:00pm *Coaches meeting : 12:20pm SATURDAY FINALS Warm-up: 6 :00pm 6 :40pm Start: 6:45pm See lane assignments for preliminaries. Please be reminded that coaches are responsible for supervising their swimmers during the entire warm-up period. No lane assignments for finals. During the warm-up there should be no more than 40 swimmers in each lane. During the warm-up each swimmer should enter the pool feet-first, slide-in to the water. NO JUMPING. All participants swimming in the same lane must swim in a circle that is to say, using one side of the lane to go and the other side of the lane to return, in a secure fashion. Dives will be permitted during that last 5 minutes of each warm-up period. Swimmers will therefore need to swim in one direction only and exit the water at the end of the lane. The 18m warm-down pool will be available during the meet. EVENTS FOR ALL (13 yrs and older and 12 yrs and under) Because of the high number of entries, we ask that coaches inform us as soon as possible of any scratches, even by prior to the meet. A positive check-in is mandatory for the events of 400m IM, 400m freestyle, 800m freestyle and 1500m freestyle at the clerk of course table, at the latest 30 minutes BEFORE the start of the meet. We reserve the right to scratch any swimmer that has not confirmed. 4

5 A confirmed swimmer who does not show at the start will be removed from all other events of the day. If we have a sufficient number of officials, the 800m and 1500m freestyle could be swum two (2) swimmers per lane. *800m freestyle and 1500m freestyle: timed finals fastest to slowest alternating women/men The women and the men with the top 6 proven times all ages combined will swim directly in finals Saturday, April 28th NOON (12 years and under): Positive check-in at the latest at 12:45pm. The 4x100m freestyle relay was removed from the program. If we have a sufficient number of officials, the 400m freestyle could be swum two (2) swimmers per lane.
