Duncan Nicole Forbes Gary Ikeman Cynthia Lulham Patrick Martin Timothy Price ATTENDU qu'un avis de motion se rapportant à la présentation du présent règlement a été donné au cours de la séance ordinaire du conseil municipal de la ville de Westmount, dûment convoquée et tenue le 3 juin 2013; Il est ordonné et statué par le Règlement 1448 intitulé «RÈGLEMENT VISANT À MODIFIER DE NOUVEAU LE RÈGLEMENT 1300 SUR LES PERMIS ET CERTIFICATS», que : Le règlement 1300, adopté le 3 e jour de juillet 2001 et modifié par les règlements RCA , RCA , 1319, 1341, 1385, 1407, 1419 et 1445 est de nouveau modifié comme suit : Page 1

L article 140 du Règlement sur les permis et certificats (1300) est dorénavant numéroté ainsi : «1» Types de demandes Demande de vérification des plans 50 $ Demande de vérification des plans pour une nouvelle construction ou un ajout d une superficie égale ou supérieure à 40 m 2 (430,56 pi 2 ) 750 $ Demande de modification à un règlement de zonage ou de lotissement $ plus les frais de publication de tous les avis publics, plus 15% de frais d administration Les tarifs mentionnés ci-haut sont non-remboursables. «2» Permis de construction et certificat d autorisation d aménagement paysager Nouvelle construction ou ajout d une superficie égale ou supérieure à 40 m 2 (430,56 pi 2 ) usage résidentiel 15 $/m 2 (10,76 pi 2 ) Tous autres projets de construction : reconstruction, ajout modification, réparation, aménagement paysager (certificat d'autorisation) : Valeur estimée des travaux proposés 1 $- 2,000 $ 6 $ par 100 $ Tarif minimum: 50 $ $ $ 120 $ pour les premiers $ + 9 $ par tranche de $ ou fraction de, jusqu à et incluant $ $ $ 327 $ pour les premiers $ + 7 $ par tranche de $ ou fraction de, jusqu à et incluant $ $ et plus 852 $ pour les premiers $ + 6 $ par tranche de $ ou fraction de Page 2

Duncan Nicole Forbes Gary Ikeman Cynthia Lulham Patrick Martin Timothy Price WHEREAS Notice of Motion of the presentation of this By-law having been given at the regular sitting of the Municipal Council of the City of Westmount, duly called and held on June 3, 2013; It is ordained and enacted by By-law 1448 entitled BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES BY-LAW 1300, that: By-law 1300, adopted on the 3 rd day of July 2001, as amended by by-laws RCA , RCA , 1319, 1341, 1385, 1407, 1419 and 1445 is hereby further amended as follows: Page 6

7 1. Section 140 of Permits and Certificates By-law (1300) is now numbered as follows: 140. The following tariffs of fees for the issuance of permits and certificates will be levied: 1 Types of application Fees Application for plan review Application for plan review for a new construction or an addition of an area equal or greater than 40 sq. m ( sq ft) Application for a zoning or subdivision by-law amendment The above mentioned fees are non-refundable. $50 $750 $1,000 plus publication notice costs and 15% of administration fees. 2 Building permit for residential building and certificate of authorization for landscaping Fees for residential use New construction or an addition of an area equal or greater than 40 sq m ( sq ft) $15/sq m (10.76 sq ft) All other construction projects: Reconstruction, Addition Alterations, Repairs, Landscaping (Authorization Certificate): Estimated value of proposed work $1 - $2,000 $6 per $100 Minimum fees: $50 Fees $2,001 - $25,000 $120 for the first $2,000 + $9 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, to and including $25,000 $25,001 - $100,000 $327 for the first $25,000 + $7 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, to and including $100,000 $100,001 and up $852 for the first $100,000 + $6 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof Page 7
