Les professionnels responsables ont jusqu'à maintenant reçu peu ou aucune formation sur la façon d'effectuer cette surveillance, la façon de faire en sorte à ce que ce monitorage devienne un élément dynamique du développement de l'institution. Le projet permettra de transférer le modèle novateur pour l'enseignement de la méthode de comment mener un audit systémique de la surveillance des institutions pour enfants en prenant la voix des enfants eux-mêmes en considération. Le modèle et les matériaux ont été développés en Norvège et le modèle et matériel de la formation seront révisés, mis à jour et transférés vers les pays partenaires en prenant en compte les différences linguistiques et culturelles. A training package and a model for delivering such training is useful in all countries in the region and in Europe. It is valuable before the training, during the training and is useful long after the training as a reference. Cible: Professionals conducting auditing of child residential care. Résultat: The evaluation of the material and of the training show high marks for relevance, usefulness and ease of access.
