2 I. Montage du plancher : Se reporter aux instructions de montage de la NM0q (Réf.: 80A & 9A) ou de la NM (Réf.: 8 & 8). II. Montage de l'aire amortissante en Mousse : Se reporter aux instructions de montage de la NM (Réf.: 4A & A) ou de la NM8 (Réf.: 88). III. Montage de la Moquette de recouvrement ( personnes minimum sont nécessaires) : Nota : Conserver les 4 rouleaux en carton pour un éventuel futur stockage ou déplacement de la moquette (sans enrouleur). Important : Pour avoir une teinte identique entre les 4 lés (même sens de poils), il suffit de positionner les 4 rouleaux côte à côte en respectant l'ordre des numéros et le sens des flèches (inscrites sur l'emballage), comme indiqué cidessous. Dérouler les 4 lés de moquette à l'endroit sur la mousse (perpendiculairement aux pistes mousses), en plaçant les plus larges vers l'extérieur. Commencer par poser l'un des grands rouleaux sur un côté de la mousse (grande bordure rouge vers l'extérieur) : Praticables 4 x 4m (Réf.: 0F, et ) : lés latéraux de 4m de large () et (4) (voir Fig. & Fig. ). Praticable,0 x,0m (Réf.: G) : lés latéraux de,0m de large (') et (4') (voir Fig. 4 & Fig. ). Renouveller l'opération pour le second grand rouleau, puis dérouler les lés centraux () et () ou (') et (') au milieu des autres. Positionner le premier lé latéral par rapport à l'aire en mousse, en s'alignant sur le tracé de départ (4 x 4m ou,0 x,0m) : Praticable à plots 4 x 4m (Réf.: 0F) : la moquette complète dépasse de cm tout autour de la mousse (voir Fig. & Fig. ). Praticables à ressorts 4 x 4m (Réf.: & ) : la moquette complète ne dépasse pas de la mousse (voir Fig. & Fig. ). Praticable,0 x,0m (Réf.: G) : la moquette complète dépasse de 0cm tout autour de la mousse (voir Fig. 4 & Fig. ). 4 Ajuster parfaitement les 4 lés bord à bord (voir Fig. ). Pour déplacer un lé, il suffit de mettre une personne à chaque extrémité du lé, et de le soulever alternativement afin de faire pénétrer de l'air par vagues sous le lé. Réajuster sa position en tirant dans la direction souhaitée. 3 Assembler les 4 lés entre eux (méthode identique pour les moquettes) : Commencer par soulever chaque extrémité d'un lé latéral () en finissant par le milieu, puis renouveller l'opération sur le lé central (), pour dégager la zone de liaison, suivant Fig. et 8. Dérouler une bande velcro double face "fusible" () côté rouge visible, sur le dessous de la moquette au bord de chaque lé retourné () et () suivant Fig. 8. Rabattre le lé latéral () au sol en partant du milieu vers les extrémités. Dérouler ensuite une bande velcro de liaison () (beige & rouge), à cheval de cm sur le bord du lé central (), suivant Fig. 9 et 0. Rabattre le lé latéral () sur la bande velcro de liaison () en partant du milieu vers les extrémités suivant Fig. et. Dégager le bord du lé central () pris en dessous de la bande velcro de liaison () (voir Fig. ), en partant de chaque extrémité vers le milieu. Puis rabattre délicatement le lé central () à l'identique du lé latéral, en finissant par les extrémités suivant Fig. 4. Renouveller l'opération pour les lés restants () et (4). Installer le kit antirotation moquette sous les extrémités des lés latéraux () et (4) (il est conseillé de laisser reposer la moquette au moins 4h avant sa mise en place) : Retourner chaque extrémité de la moquette sur,0m environ, pour dégager les bandes de textile rouges (de maintien des bordures) présentes sous chaque lé suivant Fig. et. Accrocher une bande velcro beige adhésivée () centrée sur la largeur de chaque lé latéral () et (4) au delà de la bande de textile rouge (sous la partie centrale beige de la moquette). Ôter le film protecteur de la face autocollante des bandes de velcro (). Rabattre les extrémités de la moquette sur la mousse, et appuyer pour assurer un bon collage. IV. Démontage et stockage de la moquette : Démontage (séparation des 4 lés) : Afin de ne pas arracher la souscouche noire des lés de moquette lors du démontage, des bandes velcro "fusible" () ont été installées au bord de chaque lé avant la pose des bandes velcro de liaison () (beige & rouge). Il est toutefois conseillé de se placer à une jonction entre lés et de soulever avec précaution l'angle d'un lé latéral (), tout en maintenant l'angle du lé central () correspondant. Progresser ainsi jusqu'au milieu de la longueur de la moquette, puis renouveller l'opération à l'autre extrémité : le premier lé latéral () est libre. Retourner le bord du lé central () pour décrocher la bande velcro de liaison (), tout en maintenant la moquette. Procéder à l'identique pour le lé latéral (4) et le lé central (). Renouveller l'opération entre les lés centraux () et (). Enroulement des 4 lés avant stockage : Remettre les 4 lés le plus à plat possible pour faciliter un enroulement régulier et garantir le bon état de la moquette stockée. A personnes (sans enrouleur), positionner le rouleau en carton parallèle à une extrémité du premier lé, et enrouler la moquette en avançant de manière synchrone pour obtenir un cylindre régulier. Ceci permettra de pouvoir entreposer la moquette sans déterioration. Renouveller l'opération pour les autres lés. V. Maintenance : Un nettoyage du praticable permet de mieux visualiser les problèmes éventuels (déformation, casse ou absorbsion d'humidité). Vérifier l'état : des différents lés de moquette (), (), () et (4) (tenue des bordures rouges sur la partie centrale beige, des pavés Gymnova, des 4 parties du Kit AntiRotation moquette) et des bandes velcros "fusible" () et de liaison (). Vérifier l'état des pistes de mousse "accordéon" et des bandes velcros de liaison (cf. NM) ou des plaques "puzzle" (cf. NM8) et du plancher (bois & plots mousse cf. NM0q ou bois & ressorts cf. NM). 6 I. Assembling the floor: Refer to assembly instructions for NM0q (Ref.: 80A & 9A) or for NM (Ref.: 8 & 8). II. Assembling the Impactabsorbing Foam Area : Refer to assembly instructions for NM (Ref.: 4A & A) or for NM8 (Ref.: 88). III. Assembling the Overlay Carpet (a minimum of two people are needed): Note: Retain the four cardboard core tubes for any future storage or moving of the carpet (without a reroller). Important: In order to achieve an identical color shade between the four widths (the same pile direction), simply place the four rolls side by side observing the order of the numbers and the direction of the arrows (marked on the packaging), as shown in the diagram below. Unroll the four widths of carpet with the right side over the foam, at right angles to the foam tracks, placing the two wider ones towards the outside. Start by placing one of the two large rolls on one side of the foam (large red edge towards the outside): 4 x 4 m exercise floors (Ref.: 0F, and ): 4 m wide side widths () and (4) (see Fig. & Fig. )..0 x.0 m exercise floor (Ref.: G):.0 m wide side widths (') and (4') (see Fig. 4 & Fig. ). Repeat this step for the second large roll, then unroll the central widths () and () or (') and (') in the middle of the other two. Position the first side width relative to the foam area, aligning it with the initial marking (4 x 4 m or.0 x.0 m): 4 x 4 m exercise floor with mounts (Ref.: 0F): the complete carpet protrudes by cm all around the foam (see Fig. & Fig. ). 4 x 4 m exercise floors with springs (Ref.: & ): the complete carpet does not protrude from the foam (see Fig. & Fig. )..0 x.0 m exercise floor (Ref.: G): the complete carpet protrudes by 0 cm all around the foam (see Fig. 4 & Fig. ). 4 Perfectly adjust the four widths edge to edge (see Fig. ). In order to shift a width, all it requires is to have one person at each end of the width and to lift it alternately in order to force air in waves under the width. 7 Assemble the four widths together (same method for both carpets): Start by lifting each end of a side width () finishing with the middle, then repeat this step on the central width (), in order to expose the linking area, as shown in Fig. and 8. Unroll a doublesided "fusible" Velcro strip () with the red side visible, onto the underside of the carpet at the edge of each width turned back () and () as shown in Fig. 8. Apply the side width () to the floor starting in the middle and working toward the ends. Then unroll a Velcro linking strip () (beige & red), overlapping the edge of the central width () by cm, as shown in Fig. 9 and 0. Apply the side width () over the Velcro linking strip () starting from the middle and working toward the ends as shown in Fig. and. Expose the edge of the central width () caught under the Velcro linking strip () (see Fig. ), starting from each end and working towards the middle. Next, gently apply the central width () in the same way as the side width, finishing at the ends as shown in Fig. 4. Repeat this step for the two remaining widths () and (4). Install the carpet antirotation kit under the ends of the side widths () and (4) (it is recommended that the carpet be left to rest for at least 4 hours before fitting it): Fold back each end of the carpet by around.0 m, to expose the strips of red fabric (maintaining the edges) under each width as shown in Fig. and. Attach a beige adhesive Velcro strip () centered to the width of each side width () and (4) beyond the red fabric strip (under the beige central section of the carpet). Remove the protective film from the selfadhesive side of the Velcro strips (). Apply the ends of the carpet to the foam and press down to ensure proper adhesion to the foam. IV. Disassembly and storage of carpet: Disassembly (separating the four widths): To avoid tearing the black underlay from the carpet widths during disassembly, "fusible" Velcro strips () were fitted to the edge of each width before fitting the Velcro linking strips () (beige & red). It is recommended to position yourself at a joint between two widths and to carefully lift the corner of a side width (), while holding down the corner of the corresponding central width (). Work in this way up to halfway along the length of the carpet, then repeat this step from the other end: the first side width () is now free. Fold back the edge of the central width () to release the Velcro linking strip (), while holding onto the carpet. Proceed in the same way for the side width (4) and the central width (). Repeat this step between the two central widths () and (). Rolling the four widths before storage: Place the four widths as flat as possible to facilitate even rolling and to ensure the carpet is stored in good condition. With people (without a reroller), position the cardboard core tube parallel at one end of the first width, and roll up the carpet moving forward in synchrony in order to obtain an even cylinder. The will enable the carpet to be stored without damage. Repeat the process for the three other widths. V. Maintenance: Regular cleaning of the exercise floor makes it easier to spot any problems (distortion, breakage or moisture absorption). Check the condition: of the various carpet widths (), (), () Figure and (4) (securing of the red edges to the beige central section, the Gymnova pieces, the four parts of the carpet antirotation kit) and the "fusible" Velcro strips () and links (). Check the condition of the foam "concertina" tracks and the Velcro linking strips (see NM) or "puzzle" panels (see NM8) and the floor (wood & foam mounts see NM0q or wood & springs see NM).
