RECOMMENDATION That Council receives report FS dated March 19 th, 2018 and acknowledges receipt of this itemized statement on remuneration and expenses paid in the previous year to members of Council and to each person other than a member of Council appointed by the municipality. FINANCIAL IMPLICATION: The unused 2017 portion were put into a reserve at year-end of COMMUNICATIONS PLAN: The schedules attached will be posted on the Township s website. RECOMMANDATION Que le conseil reçoit le rapport FS daté du 19 mars, 2018 et accuse réception du rapport concernant l état des rémunérations et des frais versés l année précédente aux membres du conseil et aux personnes autres que les membres du conseil nommées par la municipalité. Despite the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, statements provided are public records. The following are the amounts carried over from 2017 to 2018 for each council member for any unused funds of the discretionary budget.
