La mobilité à la fois des infirmières et des populations lance un défi à la façon de dispenser des soins compétents en tenant compte de la culture.l objectif du projet IENE2 vise à contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité de la formation professionnelle des infirmières en Europe. Le projet du transfert de l innovation IENE 2 adapte et intègre le modèle transculturel novateur de formation aux soins développé dans le précédent projet Leonardo da Vinci IENE1 :«formation transculturelle des infirmières et du personnel médical en Europe» Le modèle «IENE» est basé sur la méthode «Papadopoulos, Tilki et Taylor» (PTT) mise en application à l université Middlesex de Londres et largement répandu à d autres universités La mise en œuvre du modèle innovant IENE 2 grâce aux systèmes IVET (formation initial) et CVET (formation continue) au sein des quatre pays partenaires va permettre à des infirmières et à d'autres professionnels du soin des pays partenaires d'acquérir des compétences de base transversales et transculturelles. Ainsi que de nouvelles compétences afin leur permettant de s'adapter à des tâches diverses dans leurs vies professionnelles afin de prodiguer des soins adaptés dans une Europe où le paysage culturel diversifié va croissant. Description: l est proposé trois étapes pour effectuer ce transfert méthodologique : En premier un module de formation et des outils d entraînement seront créés. Des ateliers seront organisés dans chacun des quatre pays pour que des professeurs et des formateurs apprennent comment mettre en application le modèle transculturel de PTT/IENE ; Deuxièmement, avec l'aide des professeurs et des formateurs déjà qualifiés, le modèle de PTT/IENE sera mis en œuvre et évalué dans quelques organismes publics et privés de formation initiale et continue des infirmières et des professionnels de la santé des pays partenaires : La Belgique, l'allemagne, la Roumanie et la France ; Enfin, la méthodologie finale adaptée sera disponible pour l'intégration dans les systèmes d éducation régionaux, nationaux et européens d'ivet et de CVET. Le transfert sera développé par des activités de diffusion et de valorisation, y compris une conférence européenne organisée à la fin du projet. Dans l'étape de préparation du transfert, les associés feront un diagnostic des besoins des professeurs et des formateurs dans leur pays. Les résultats de cette recherche seront utilisés pour formaliser les objectifs de la formation des formateurs (ToT). 3 Information sur le projet utilisables aussi bien pour les infirmières que pour les professionnels de la santé en vue de prodiguer des soins adaptés aux différences culturelles des patients. Ces compétences ont été divisées en quatre étapes décrites par le modèle de PTT : Prise de conscience de ce qu est la culture pour chacun, Connaissance de sa propre culture, Identification de la sensibilité culturelle de chacun Acquisition de la compétence culturelle. Le projet IENE2 continuera à analyser les besoins de formation transculturels identifiés dans IENE1 à partir du point de vue des enseignants. Un des développements du projet précédent sera la formation novatrice de formateurs (ToT) : les partenaires créeront une méthodologie rapide, modulaire innovante de formation, calquée sur le programme de référence de la méthodologie PTT. Mis en application et testé pendant les ateliers, ce modèle sera employé pour préparer les professeurs et les formateurs à mettre en application le modèle européen de PTT/IENE en améliorant leurs propres compétences dans l objectif d enseigner les compétences culturelles aux différentes catégories d infirmières Ce produit sera ajouté aux outils déjà créés (plate-forme informatique, guide informatif et méthodologique) qui faciliteront la mise en oeuvre du modèle de PTT/IENE La valeur ajoutée du projet IENE 2 résulte de l implantation du modèle de PTT/IENE qui sera adaptée à différents contextes culturels, à différentes catégories d infirmières et de professionnels de la santé. 10 Produit 'Transnational Report on the Need Diagnosis' Titre: Transnational Report on the Need Diagnosis Type de Produit: Procédure pour l'analyse et le pronostic des besoins de la formation professionnelle Texte marketing: A report on the initial needs analysis of the perceived education and training needs of a sample of teachers and trainers of nurses and other healthcare professionals in Belgium, France, Germany and Romania. It contains the Training Needs Diagnosis Methodology and the survey questionnaire. Description: The questionnaire responses were analysed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Interview data was analysed by content analysis. Cible: Scientific community, decision and policy makers, organizations providing learning opportunities and training organizations for health educational practitioners. The results of this research were used to design the objectives and establishing the topics of Training of Trainers (ToT) model. The results provides information about the educational principles and the approaches to teaching, learning and supporting of teachers as well as for adjusting the PTT/IENE Model to be teacher/trainer sensitive. The results are based on 37 completed questionnaires that were provided to the evaluator by the project partners. The results are reported along different topics following the questionnaire design : results regarding the project intervention, the observed learning outcomes and implications for the transfer of the PTT/IENE model. Then, the results are aggregated in the final evaluation report with the results of two other surveys and a focus-group discussion.
