1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. Objet Cette spécification technique définit les conditions pour la fourniture des pc et portables à la SNCB. Sous la terminologie PC, il faut considérer: - le PC - le clavier - la souris - l écran Sous la terminologie PORTABLE, il faut considérer: - le portable - la docking station - l écran - le clavier - la souris Chacune des pièces présentes dans ces 2 configurations peuvent être achetées aussi bien toutes ensemble qu individuellement. L achat de ces fournitures comprend également aussi bien l assemblage du PC ou du Portable que la livraison du PC/Portable à l adresse de livraison indiquée. Les pc/portables ne peuvent être livrés que par les fournisseurs qualifiés qui répondent conformément aux prescriptions de la spécification technique Q SNCB de la SNCB. 1.2. Documents applicables Les spécifications techniques SNCB Q SNCB ayant pour titre «Qualification des fournisseurs procédure simplifiée» est d application à l exception du paragraphe 4.1 intitulé «Introduction de la demande de qualification» étant donné que la demande de qualification peut être faite tant par le fabriquant que par son représentant. Par conséquent, un représentant peut introduire une demande de qualification sans être explicitement mandaté par le fabriquant lui-même. Page 3 de 7
2. Qualification La qualification sera réalisée selon les spécifications techniques Q SNCB (premier et second niveau). Les exigences techniques pour la qualification de second niveau sont présentées cidessous. Il est possible que ces spécifications techniques soient adaptées et complétées plus tard (dans le cahier de charge). Le fournisseur doit nous garantir qu il est capable de livrer annuellement un minimum de 1.000 PC / Portables sans devoir faire appel à un sous-traitant. Le transport de ces marchandises pouvant cependant être effectué par un tiers. La SNCB se réserve le droit de placer une commande à titre d essai avant d attribuer la qualification au fournisseur candidat. 3. Spécifications techniques Les valeurs mentionnées et les caractéristiques reprises dans les exigences techniques sont toujours des exigences MINIMALES auxquelles les PC et Portables doivent absolument satisfaire à l exception des dimensions, du volume et du poids où il s agit de valeurs maximales. Sur les PC et Portables fournis, il faudra pouvoir installer les softwares standards de la SNCB, appélé ci-dessous: le master. Le master se compose des programmes suivants : - Microsoft Windows XP Pro - Microsoft Office XP Pro - TeamWare Mail & Calendar - Rumba (+Host) - E-Trust (Antivirus) Le fournisseur devra certifier qu il est possible d installer correctement tous les softwares du master SNCB sur le hardware proposé. 4. Informations demandées Il est demandé au soumissionnaire de fournir les informations suivantes lors de l introduction de sa candidature : - Le fournisseur doit nous garantir qu il est capable de livrer annuellement un minimum de 1.000 PC / Portables sans devoir faire appel à un sous-traitant. Cette garantie se doit d être accompagnée de références. - Le fournisseur doit nous garantir qu il est capable de fournir le hardware spécifié dans la Spécification Technique. Cette garantie doit être accompagnée des spécifications des PC et des Portables livrés par le soumissionnaire. Ces spécifications doivent satisfaire aux spécifications demandées. - Le fournisseur devra certifier qu il est possible d installer correctement tous les softwares du master SNCB sur le hardware proposé.
