Dans ce document, les intitulés sont énoncés aux seules fins de commodité et ne font pas partie du présent Règlement Particulier. Article 1 Organisation L'Épreuve sera disputée en conformité avec le Code Sportif International et ses Annexes, les Bulletins Officiels de la FIA et de la CIK-FIA, les Prescriptions Générales applicables aux Épreuves internationales et Championnats, Coupes et Trophées CIK-FIA de Karting, les Prescriptions Spécifiques applicables aux Championnats, Coupes et Trophées CIK-FIA de Karting, le Règlement Sportif de la Coupe CIK- FIA, ainsi que le présent Règlement Particulier. Article 5 Réclamations et Appels Montant du droit de Réclamation : 850 Montant du droit d'appel national fixé par l ASN : 2 500 Montant du droit d'appel international (FIA) : 6 000. Article 6 Dispositions particulières de l Organisateur La perte, la détérioration ou toute tentative de manipulation du système RL- RDL de contrôle du régime du moteur et du système ALSPY de contrôle des embrayages sera sanctionnée au minimum d une amende de 600. Le nombre de pneus slicks pour la manifestation sera limité par Pilote à 1 train pour les Essais non-qualificatifs et Warm-ups + 1 train pour les Essais Qualificatifs, Manches Qualificatives, Pré-finale et Finale (Dunlop DDM en KZ2, Vega XH en KF3). Le nombre d engagements en KZ2 sera limité à 36 et en KF3 à 40. Il n y aura pas de Repêchage, ni en KF3, ni en KZ2 à l issue des Manches Qualificatives. Les 34 premiers classés au classement intermédiaire établi au terme des Manches Qualificatives seront

COMMISSION INTERNATIONALE DE KARTING SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS 13 th MONACO KART CUP CIK-FIA (KF3 & KZ2) 4 th Grand-Prix of Monaco Juniors Date: 16 18/10/2009 REGULATIONS The final text of these Supplementary Regulations shall be the French version which will be used should any dispute arise as to their interpretation. Headings in this document are for ease of reference only and do not form part of these Supplementary Regulations. Article 1 Organisation The Event shall be run in accordance with the International Sporting Code and its appendices, the FIA and CIK-FIA official Bulletins, the General Prescriptions applicable to the CIK-FIA Karting international Events and Championships, Cups and Trophies, the Specific Prescriptions applicable to the CIK-FIA Karting Championships, Cups and Trophies, the Sporting Regulations of the CIK-FIA Cup and these Supplementary Regulations. Article 5 Protests and Appeals Amount of the Protest fee: 850 Amount of the Appeal fee set by the ASN: 2,500 Amount of the international Appeal fee (FIA): 6,000. Article 6 Organiser s supplementary provisions The loss, deterioration, or any attempted manipulation of the RL-RDL engine speed control system and of the ALSPY clutch control system will be sanctioned, at the very least with a fine of 600. The number of slick tyres for the meeting will be limited to 1 set per Driver for non- Qualifying Practice and the Warm-ups + 1 set for Qualifying Practice, Qualifying Heats, Pre-final and Final (Dunlop DDM in KZ2, Vega XH in KF3). The number of entries will be limited to 36 in KZ2 and to 40 in KF3. After the Qualifying Heats there will not be a Second Chance Heat either in KF3 or in KZ2. The top 34 classified Drivers in the intermediate classification drawn up further to the Qualifying Heats will be those eligible for the final phase.
