2 EXECUTIVE GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION CONSEQUENTIAL BILL No. 32 An Act to enact consequential amendments to certain Acts resulting from the enactment of The Executive Government Administration Act (Assented to ) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: Short title 1 This Act may be cited as The Executive Government Administration Consequential Amendments Act, 2008. S.S. 1997, c.a-18.011 amended 2(1) The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Act, 1997 is amended in the manner set forth in this section. (2) Section 13 is amended: (a) in subsection (1) by striking out subject to subsection (2), : (i) in clause (f.2); (ii) in clause (f.3); and (iii) in clause (f.4); and (b) by repealing subsection (2). (3) Section 183 is amended by striking out The Tabling of Documents Act, 1991 and substituting section 13 of The Executive Government Administration Act : (a) in the portion of subsection (1) preceding clause (a); and (b) in subsection (2). S.S. 2006, c.e-11.2, section 42 amended 3 Subsection 42(1) of The Evidence Act is amended by striking out Provincial Secretary and substituting keeper of the Great Seal. S.S. 1995, c.i-11.2, section 27 amended 4 The definition of Executive Council in subsection 27(1) of The Interpretation Act, 1995 is amended by striking out The Government Organization Act and substituting The Executive Government Administration Act. 2

Modification du ch. A-18.011 des L.S. 1997 2(1) La Loi de 1997 sur la réglementation des boissons alcoolisées et des jeux de hasard est modifiée de la manière énoncée au présent article. (2) L article 13 est modifié : a) au paragraphe (1), par suppression de «sous réserve du paragraphe (2),» : (i) à l alinéa f.2), (ii) à l alinéa f.3), (iii) à l alinéa f.4); b) par abrogation du paragraphe (2). (3) L article 183 est modifié par suppression de «la loi intitulée The Tabling of Documents Act, 1991» et son remplacement par «l article 13 de la loi intitulée The Executive Government Administration Act» : a) au paragraphe (1), dans le passage précédant l alinéa a); b) au paragraphe (2). Modification de l article 42 du ch. E-11.2 des L.S. 2006 3 Le paragraphe 42(1) de la Loi sur la preuve est modifié par suppression de «secrétaire provincial» et son remplacement par «gardien du grand sceau». Modification de l article 27 du ch. I-11.2 des L.S. 1995 4 La définition de «conseil exécutif» au paragraphe 27(1) de la Loi d interprétation de 1995 est modifiée par suppression de «The Government Organization Act» et son remplacement par «The Executive Government Administration Act». 3
4 EXECUTIVE GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION CONSEQUENTIAL S.S. 2007, c.l-11.3 amended 5(1) The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act, 2007 is amended in the manner set forth in this section. (2) The long title is amended by striking out and the Executive Council of Saskatchewan. (3) Section 1 is amended by striking out The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act, 2007 and substituting The Legislative Assembly Act, 2007. (4) Clause 65(2)(b) is repealed and the following substituted: (b) in subsection 8(1) of The Executive Government Administration Act. (5) Clause 66(3)(b) is repealed. (6) Part V is repealed. Coming into force 6(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on assent. (2) If The Executive Government Administration Act comes into force after this Act receives assent, this Act comes into force on the day on which The Executive Government Administration Act comes into force. 4

L-11.3 des L.S. 2007 5(1) La Loi de 2007 sur l Assemblée législative et le Conseil exécutif est modifiée de la manière énoncée au présent article. (2) Le titre intégral est modifié par suppression de «et le Conseil exécutif de la Saskatchewan». (3) L article 1 est modifié par suppression de «et le Conseil exécutif». (4) L alinéa 65(2)b) est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : «b) au paragraphe 8(1) de la loi intitulée The Executive Government Administration Act». (5) L alinéa 66(3)b) est abrogé. (6) La partie V est abrogée. Entrée en vigueur 6(1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), la présente loi entre en vigueur sur sanction. (2) La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour de l entrée en vigueur de la loi intitulée The Executive Government Administration Act, si celle-ci entre en vigueur après la sanction de la présente loi. 5
