3 Page: 3/10 1. PREAMBLE PUBLICATION V3.04 will add two main features to the application: - Physical extraction becomes physical count - Realised calculation now integrates RE-MA V7 rules This document describes changes introduced by the new version that will impact the users.

4 Page: 4/10 2. HIGHLIGHTS The new release that will be deployed actually embeds two releases: - Release for the physical count - Release for RE-MA n 7 rules Given the delivery timeline, it has been decided to deploy only one package for the two releases on march 25th, 2015.

5 Page: 5/10 3. EVOLUTIONS 3.1 Cataliz «Services» link (Références Clearquest : PCQM63288, PCQM ) Population impacted : Balance Responsibles (BR). Transmission System Operators (TSO). The link to the Cataliz website (link «Services» in PUBLICATION) has been updated to reach directly the «Managing your balance perimeter». 3.2 Physical count related evolutions (Référence Clearquest : PCQM ) Population impacted : Balance Responsibles (BR). BEFORE : Physical extraction calculation relies on two separate flows within PUBLICATION :

6 Page: 6/10 - «Physical count daily billed» flow - «Physical count monthly billed» flow AFTER : With the introduction of the new RE-MA V7 rules, physical extraction calculation now integrates physical injection and becomes «Physical count». 8 Page: 8/ RE-MA V7 rules related evolutions (Référence Clearquest : PCQM ) With the introduction of the new RE-MA V7 rules, PUBLICATION have to integrate 2 new data flows. Those new data, generated by the CREMA application, give the Balance Responsibles (BR) information regarding the ajusted volumes on their balance perimeter sites. Are included asked volumes by BR and actual volumes by BR, following the realised control. Population impacted: Balance Responsibles (BR). New screens are available to display those new data.the access panel is as following : Before After New display screen

9 Page: 9/10 Balancing DR data can be retrieve in the data-downloading tool, in the same way as the other data flows : 4. Other technical evolutions 4.1 Double destination logging (Référence Clearquest : PCQM ) In order to decrease the log files size, configuration files have been updated. 4.2 Allow generic treatment of the «mail purge in MAILQUEUE_ASSIGNED table» batch (Référence Clearquest : PCQM ) The «mail purge in MAILQUEUE_ASSIGNED table» batch is to be planed monthly. This batch was previously launched manually every 6 months

BUGS 5.1 File containing incorrect reference (Référence Clearquest : PCQM ) The files that contain partially incorrect data are now treated in a specific way, introducing the «partially processed» status for a file. 5.2 Problem in EQT files integration (Référence Clearquest : PCQM ) During Equipment (EQT) files integration, some equipments are not correctly integrated. The log level modification (from info to debug) allows to recycle rejected files. 5.3 Problem in EQT files integration (Référence Clearquest : PCQM ) Some equipments cannot be integrated when their file is received the first time. In that case, they enter the recycling process, that allows to re-submit them periodically. This process being non functional, it has been corrected to avoid a FilePooler overload. END OF DOCUMENT
