Gel Documentation DRAGONFLY 140 Présentation : Notre imageur DRAGONFLY 140 est un système unique et autonome de gel documentation d une extrème convivialité, d un maniement et d un entretien simple. DRAGONFLY 140 se compose d une caméra CCD de qualité scientifique d une grande sensibilité, de connexions USB et Ethernet, pour des acquisitions 8 ou 16 bits. Le pilotage et la visualisation des images se font par l intermédiaire d un écran tactile TFT de 8. L image est conservée dans sa mémoire interne, transférée vers un support USB, ou vers le réseau du laboratoire. Une imprimante peut directement être branchée sur cette caméra pour obtenir un document immédiat (option). Fast Accurate Quantitation and Reporting For 1D gels, highly developed algorithms accurately detect lanes and bands even on distorted gel images. Results can be verified using the range of visualisation tools which aid further examination of lane and band data. Calibrate the bands using one or more Molecular Size standard lanes and derive accurate quantitation from known band volumes.
