2 Job Postings How to Login/Create your Profile/Sign Up for Job Posting Notifications The Job Posting Process for external candidates for BASF Canada openings is as follows: Create your own candidate profile and apply To apply to specific positions you must register as a New User Once registered you can use the same login information to apply to multiple positions moving forward Sign up for Search Agents automatic notifications ed to you based on your preferences, such as location, function, and/or business. 2

4 Job Posting page Sign In Page In the upper right corner of the Job Posting page you will find the Sign In link. Click here to sign in. 4

5 Job Posting page Sign In Page If you already have a Username and Password, please enter it here. However if you have not registered into our Job Application System yet, please begin the process by clicking New User. 6 Job Posting page Registration Page Once you have agreed to the Privacy Agreement, please register. You will need a valid address, unique Username and unique password you can easily remember. 7 This is the Basic Job Posting page. From here you can click on a job title to review and apply or Access your Profile to update your information. 4/20/2011 7

8 Job Posting page Alternate Language Option Located at the bottom of the Job Posting page is a link to alter the language to French. If the option is there, that means there are jobs posted in both French and English. To view the job in French, simply click the link. 8

17 Affichages d'offres d'emploi Ouvrir une session/créer votre profil/s'inscrire aux Avis d'offres d'emploi Le processus d'affichage des offres d'emploi de BASF Canada pour les candidats externes est le suivant : Créez votre profil de candidat et posez votre candidature Pour poser votre candidature à des postes précis, vous devez vous inscrire comme Nouvel utilisateur Une fois inscrit, vous pourrez utiliser les mêmes données d'ouverture de session pour poser votre candidature à plusieurs postes Inscrivez-vous à la fonction «Agents de recherche» vous recevrez automatiquement des avis électroniques selon vos préférences (ex. : endroit, fonction, et/ou entreprise). 17

Cependant, si vous n'êtes pas encore inscrit à notre Système de demande d'emploi, amorcez le processus en cliquant sur Nouvel utilisateur. 21 Page d'affichage d'offres d'emploi - Page d'inscription Une fois que vous avez accepté l'entente de confidentialité, veuillez vous inscrire. Vous aurez besoin d'une adresse électronique valide, d'un nom d'utilisateur unique et d'un mot de passe unique faciles à mémoriser. Une fois terminé, cliquez sur «Inscription» pour continuer. 22 Voici la page de base Affichage d'offres d'emploi, sur laquelle vous pouvez cliquer sur un titre de poste afin de l'évaluer et de postuler, ou Accéder à votre profil pour mettre vos données à jour.

23 Page d'affichage d'offres d'emploi - Option autre langue Dans le bas de la page Affichage d'offres d'emploi se trouve un lien vous permettant de changer la langue à Anglas. Si cette option apparaît, c'est que les postes sont affichés en français et en anglais. Pour consulter le poste en français, cliquez simplement sur le lien. 23

24 Après avoir examiné l'offre d'emploi, cliquez sur le bouton Postuler en ligne pour amorcer le processus de postulation. 4/20/

25 Système d'avis d'offres d'emploi Notre Système d'offres d'emploi permet aux utilisateurs d'adhérer au Système d'avis d'offres d'emploi; ce système : Vous envoie un courriel dans les 24 heures suivant l'affichage d'une offre d'emploi Précise le type d'avis à recevoir en fonction de vos intérêts Endroit Fonction Entreprise 25
