2 Promouvoir la solidarité et la participation des aînés de tous les milieux aux activités Participer et interagir avec les aînés et les jeunes du système scolaire d Edmonton Le coordonnateur de projet sera assisté d une équipe dynamique pour mener à bien les projets. Plan de travail: Du 4 au 22 mai : Formation par le directeur, analyse des besoins et planification des projets. Du 22 au 29 mai : Étude de la fesabilité des projets Du 1 er juin au 21 août : Implantation des projets choisis Exigences, compétences recherchées *: Expérience en coordination et/ou gestion de petite équipe Certificat de premiers soins à jour Aimant le travail d équipe et ayant de l entregens Bonnes capacités d organisation Dynamisme Bonne maîtrise de l anglais à l oral et à l écrit Aisance avec les logiciels de Microsoft Office. Etre motivée et désireuse de vivre une expérience de travail d été en anglais dans une grande ville canadienne! Summer job: Yes Full time?: Yes 40 hours per week, Duration: open now (or as soon as possible) and ends august 21th City: Edmonton, Alberta Job task: Coordinates and manages Lions Village projects 1. Project conception and initiation Each project will be carefully examined to determine whether or not it benefits the organization. During this phase, the director and student will identify which project can realistically be completed. 2. Project definition and planning The student will create a project plan in writing, outlining the work to be performed. During this phase, the student will prioritize the project, calculate a budget and schedule, and determine what resources are needed. 3. Project launch or execution Resources' tasks will be distributed. 4. Project performance and control The project manager will compare project status and progress to the actual plan, as resources perform the scheduled work. During this phase, the project manager may need to adjust schedules or do what is necessary to keep the project on track. The student will keep the director informed of the progress. 5. Project close After project tasks are completed an evaluation is necessary to highlight project success and/or learn from project history.

5 Work plan : From now to 22 may analysis of projects to be done. From 25 may to 29 may with director go over the possible projects that are feasible. From 1 june to 21 august implement chosen projects. Profil needed: Diploma needed postsecondary education and enrolled in: organization administration, project administration, social working, sociology, humans relations or other related field. Experience in supervising a small team Certificate of first aid to update Ability to work in a team and enjoy working with people Good organizational skills be dynamic, have strong interpersonal skills Good mastery of spoken and written English Experience with Microsoft Office.
