Extended Communication Server release 4: Service pack 2

INTRODUCTION Le service pack 2 pour Extended Communication Server 4 met à jour le logiciel vers un niveau logiciel équivalent à la release 4.1. Il est disponible sur toutes les plateformes hardware existantes et inclue des mises à jour correctives et évolutives. L installation du service pack 2 ne modifie ni la release ni le build number. Une remise en configuration usine restaurera le niveau logiciel original de la machine sans le service pack 2. PRE-REQUIS Version applicables : ECS 4.0, ECS 4.0.1 Pré-requis : Le service pack 2 est disponible sur ECS 4.0.1 ou ECS 4.0 + service pack 1 et plus précisément pour les configurations suivantes : - ECS 4.0 + P-5483 (Patch de clôture du service pack 1 pour ECS 4.0) - ECS 4.0.1 ayant pour build number 712401264006EU ou 712401314005EU ou 711701274004EU INSTALLATION Avant de commencer, nous recommandons vivement de procéder à une sauvegarde totale du serveur. - Aller au menu Mise à jour par le web et installer la référence S-0002. L installation prend 20 à 30 minutes. - Redémarrer le serveur NB : Vous aurez probablement à ressaisir le mot de passé superadmin durant l installation. Ceci est dû au redémarrage du serveur ldap lors de l installation des nouveaux modules. Ceci n étant pas correctement géré par Mozilla Firefox, nous recommandons d utiliser Internet Explorer pour réaliser cette mise à jour.
