Each whole Warrant entitles its holder to purchase one common share of the Corporation at a price of $0.18 at any time prior to 5:00 p.m. (Montreal time) on December 15, 2017. The Warrants are governed by the terms and conditions of a Warrant Indenture entered into between the Corporation and Computershare Trust Company of Canada on December 15, 2014. The Warrants were issued as part of a brokered offering of A units, B units and C units pursuant to a short form prospectus dated November 26, 2014 as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated December 9, 2014, for an aggregate gross proceeds of $2,303,160 (the "Offering").
