PORTES DIMENSIONS garantit ses produits contre tout défaut de fabrication pour une période d un (1) an sur les pièces et la maind oeuvre, et ce, à compter de la date de facturation. Après quoi, les frais de main-d oeuvre seront à la charge du client. 2. Par ailleurs, au cours de la première année suivant l installation, les coupe-froid, le bris de seuil, le balai de bas de porte, le recouvrement de vinyle et les pentures ne seront remplacés que si aucun abus ou mauvaise installation n est constaté. Les frais de main-d oeuvre sont cependant à la charge du client. 3. Les bosses ou égratignures sur la porte, le panneau, les vitres ou les moulures devront être signalées dans les 48 heures suivant la livraison, et ceci avant l installation, sans quoi nous ne pourrons en aucun cas répondre à un appel de service (se reférer aux procédures de commandes, page 101). 4. Cette garantie ne s applique pas aux défectuosités dues à une mauvaise installation, à un usage abusif ou à des incidents durant le transport. 5. Les contre-portes en aluminium installées avec les portes en acier annulent automatiquement cette garantie. 6. Limitation de la garantie : Au-delà d une (1) année de la date de facturation, notre responsabilité se limitera à la valeur spécifique du produit excluant les coûts reliés au transport, à la nouvelle installation et/ou à la main-d oeuvre. 7. Il convient de noter que le bois sur le battant de la porte n est pas garanti contre le fendillement et qu un gauchissement d un 1/4 et moins est considéré comme normal par l industrie. N.B.: Les coupe-froid doivent être lubrifiés au besoin. Tout retour de matériel défectueux sera assujetti à une inspection du matériel par le fournisseur; s il y a lieu, un crédit sera accordé. Thermos 1. Les garanties (Thermos) offertes par les différents fournisseurs se trouvent au début de leur liste respective. Aucun fournisseur ne garantit le bris thermique. 2. Tous les défauts de fabrication invisibles à l oeil nu sur le verre ou la moulure, et ce, à moins d un (1) mètre (3 pi), seront considérés comme des défauts normaux et par conséquent, inadmissibles au remplacement sans frais. Si le problème est inadmissible selon les normes canadiennes de l industrie, la réparation pourra être effectuée par PORTES DIMENSIONS à la charge du client. Compte tenu des caractéristiques spécifiques des verres utilisés, il peut y avoir des imperfections visibles et acceptables. Certaines conditions s appliquent; informez-vous auprès de votre distributeur. 1. Dimensions Doors warrants its products against all manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year on parts and labour from billing date. After that original period, labour will be at customer s expense. 2. Please note that in the first year of the warranty, weather stripping, internal weeping system, vinyl frame cover and hinges will be replaced only if no abuse or defective installation are noticed. Labour will be at customer s expense. 3. All bumps, dents, scratches on door panels, frames and mouldings, and scratches or other defaults on glass units should be reported within 48 hours of reception of the merchandise, prior to installation. We will not make any service calls in case of failure to comply with this procedure. (Please refer to order procedure page 101.) 4. Our warranty does not cover any defects caused by a faulty installation, abuse and/or transport by others. 5. Aluminum storm doors installed on steel doors automatically voids the warranty. 6. Warranty limitation: After the first (1) year of the warranty, our responsibility is limited to the product value ONLY, excluding transport, installation and labour. 7. Please take note that cracking or splitting of wood on the door frame not exceeding 1/4 are considered normal by the industry and are not covered by the warranty. Note: Weather strippings must be cleaned and lubricated on a regular basis. All merchandise return has to be duly authorized by a Dimensions Doors representative. Decorative Glass (IG) 1. Please note that you can find the IG units warranty from each individual glass manufacturer in their respective catalogues and price lists. No suppliers warranty for thermal break. 2. All manufacturing defects not visible to the naked eye on glass and mouldings within one (1) metre (3 ft.) will be considered not admissible for replacement. If the reported problem is not admissible under Canadian industry standards, we will repair or replace at customer s expense. In regards to specific glass used in the production of glass units, there can be visible imperfections that are considered acceptable by the industry.
