L analyse approfondie des exigences commerciales et techniques des marchés a abouti à la création d une installation simple à utiliser, dans laquelle la commande numérique est totalement intégrée dans la structure PC avec Windows XP, ce qui permet une gestion automatique de la machine. PC controlled work centre, Master 23 is Intermac s new proposal dedicated to the stone processing. The careful analysis of the commercial and technical requirements filtered by Intermac experience, have brought to the intuitive conception of an easy operating machine, where the numerical control is completely integrated into the PC structure with Windows XP, that allows an automatic machine management and high configurability. Thanks to its high technology and flexibility, Master 23 can be adapted to the specific productive and economic requirements of the client and offers the possibility to select between different configurations. It satisfies the requirements of big enterprises and little craftsmen through the optimum management whether of the complex and long duration installations, whether of the short installations dedicated to the production of large series, reaching high quality results with a reduced investment. Plan de travail Le bâti de la machine est une structure extrêmement rigide sur laquelle est monté un plan de travail en aluminium rectifié pour garantir une planéité maximum de la zone de travail pour obtenir des façonnages de qualità. Worktable The machine's base is made up of an extremely rigid structure upon which is placed a aluminium worktable rectified to grant maximum flatness of the work area. This is an indispensable condition to get a perfect processing result. Déplacement des axes Le déplacement des axes s'effectue à une vitesse de 60 m/min. grâce à des vis à billes et à des accélérations permettant d'atteindre la vitesse maximum d'usinage en temps réduit. Un dispositif automatique de lubrification des guides et des vis assure une fiabilité élevée et de longue durée de toutes les parties en mouvement. Axes movement The axes move by re-circulating ball screw at 60 m/min with accelerations which permit to reach the maximum speed in a very short time. 5 Système adaptable Le système s'adapte automatiquement pour garantir un polissage parfait. L'absorbtion de la broche est mesurée en permanence afin de régler la pression exercée par l'outil sur la pièce. Adaptive system The automatic adaptive system guarantees an optimal and longlasting polishing. The spindle absorption is constantly measured using the data to consequently add just the pressure of the tool on the piece. Laser de lecture pour la reconnaissance des formes géométriques Le lecteur laser exécute la lecture optique par points de la surface du gabarit, indépendamment du type de matériel, et le logiciel de gestion régénère automatiquement le profil relevé. L'un des nombreux avantages de ce système est la possibilité de relever, en un seul passage, les profils internes et externes du gabarit, en évitant ainsi à l'opérateur de devoir procéder à plusieurs cycles de balayage indépendants. Laser device to detect geometric templates The laser for template detection scans the points on template's surface, independently on the kind of material and the software automatically reproduces the profile pointed out. One of the several advantages of this system is the possibility to detect in one single passage the internal and external profiles of the template, avoiding several cycles of independent scans to the operator and thus reducing waiting time. Changement d'outil (option.) Change-outil arrière à 18 positions et chargement automatique de l'outil à l'aide du groupe opérateur. Intensificateur de pression pour l'eau externe (option) Il s'agit d'une couronne munie de petits gicleurs qui augmentent la pression de l'eau externe. De plus, ce dispositif peut se déplacer verticalement sur 3 positions, ce qui permet de garantir que le point d'impact de l'eau soit toujours idéal, indépendamment du rayon et de la hauteur de l'outil. Parfait pour les usinages avec des outils différents sans changer de meule. External water pressure intensifier (opt.) It consists of a crown with small nozzles that increases the pressure of the external water. Besides, this device can be placed in three different vertical positions, thus guaranteeing that the water jet always impacts the surface in the ideal point, regardless of the tool radius and height. Permet d'exécuter parfaitement des égouttoirs et des inscriptions sur des surfaces bombées à l'aide d'un agrégat spécial. C axis (opt.) The continuous rotating C axis allows the execution of straight cuts with vertical circular blade and curvilinear cuts with convex blade. 8 Contrôle numérique et logiciel Machine control and software Commande numérique sur base PC IWNC (Intermac Windows Numerical Control) La machine Master 23 monte une commande numérique IWNC intégrée sur PC commercial sous Windows. Les avantages sont évidents et permettent de fixer un nouveau standard de qualité pour ce type de machines. Grâce à cette solution, l'utilisation d'un PC avec système opératif Windows permet une approche simple et intuitive de même que la connexion avec les systèmes de réseau et avec les supports optiques/magnétiques du marché. Le PC est fourni avec CD-ROM, modem et carte de réseau, écran couleurs 15 et système opératif Windows XP. Il comprend aussi le mode téléservice pour procéder à des diagnostics à distance ainsi qu'à des mises à jour ou des modifications du logiciel par ligne téléphonique ou internet. Il est possible de raccorder le PC à une Webcam afin d'enregistrer et transmettre au SAV, en temps réel, des photos instantanées de certaines parties de la machine. PC based IWNC numerical control (Intermac Windows Numerical Control) Master 23 is equipped with the IWNC numerical control integrated into a personal computer with a Windows interface. The advantages of this solution are evident and introduce a new standard in the design of this type of machine. The use of a PC with Windows XP operating system is extremely simple and intuitive for the operator and provides full connectivity with commercially available network systems and optical/magnetic supports. The PC is supplied complete with CD-ROM drive, modem and network card, 15 colour monitor and Windows XP operating system.the PC modem and teleservice software enables remote diagnostics and software. It's possible to connect a webcam to the PC, to save and transmit in real time to the service department, instant images of some details of the machine. Interface opérateur La nouvelle interface opérateur sous Windows XP est simple et intuitive et permet de saisir la liste de travail optimisant ainsi le positionnement des pièces à façonner. L'interface opérateur permet en outre, d'accéder rapidement et aisément aux divers programmes (gestion des origines, gestion des outils, statistique de production quotidienne pour calculer la productivité de la machine). L'interface opérateur s'intègre parfaitement aux programmes de dessin et de programmation de façonnage comme ICam et avec d'autres applicatifs pouvant être installés directement sur le PC de la machine. Il est également possible d'exécuter, sur le PC de la machine et en temps masqué, la programmation des façonnages, la personnalisation des paramètres des outils et des données machine, et ce pendant que la machine travaille, annulant ainsi les temps d'attente. Operator interface The new operator interface in Windows XP is simple and user friendly. It commences the processing schedule in order to grant the positioning optimisation of the pieces to be processed. The operator interface also allows to quickly and simply enter the various programs which are in the control unit, such as the origin management, the tools management and the daily production statistics which can be useful to calculate the machine's productivity. The operator interface is completely integrated with the drawing and programming softwares such as ICam, with the various application softwares that can be installed on the PC on board of the machine.extremely important is the possibility to perform the processing, programming and the personalization of tools parameters and machine's data while the work centre is working, totally avoiding passive time.

9 ICam Le logiciel innovateur CAO/FAO 3D sous Windows a été développé totalement par Intermac. Il s'installe aussi sur le PC de la machine, il est très simple à utiliser car très intuitif.l'utilisateur a, à sa disposition et dans un seul environnement, aussi bien les commandes CAO, pour dessiner les formes à reproduire, que les commandes FAO, pour programmer les usinages désirés. Ce programme est paramétrique car l'on peut modifier la géométrie de la forme à usiner tout en gardant les usinages déjà appliqués. ICam Windows-like Innovative CAD/CAM, completely developed by Intermac, it can even be installed on the PC work centre, extremely simple and intuitive to use. The user has in one and only enviroment both CAD commands to easily draw the shapes to be reproduced and CAM commands in order to program the machining operation desired. This program is intrinsically parametric because it is possible to modify the geometry of the shape keeping the machining already applied. CAO Intégrée Les commandes CAO permettent la connexion avec d'autres systèmes CAO à l'aide de fichiers DXF pour des formes en 2 dimensions ou en format STL pour les formes en 3 dimensions. Il contient une bibliothèque avec beaucoup de figures paramétriques pour dessiner directement les formes à réaliser. La CAO contient aussi des commandes pour des dessins en 3 D afin de montrer la pièce finie avant même de l'usiner. Integrated CAD The CAD commands allow the interface towards other CAD through files in DXF format for 2D shapes or in STL format for 3D shapes; it also includes a large library of parametric shapes to draw directly the shapes to be processed that maintain their parametric features even during and after the programming of the process. The CAD contains also 3D drawing commands in order to show to the user the final piece before the processing. FAO Intégrée La section FAO est très simplifiée: ce que l'on voit sur le dessin sera ce que l'on obtiendra.l'opérateur peut appliquer au dessin (qu'il provienne d'un projet ou d'une création sur ICam) des usinages divers. Cela permet de réaliser une large gamme de pièces. La FAO permet d'afficher tout le cycle d'usinage et le parcours de l'outil directement à partir de plusieurs points de vue. Integrated CAM The CAM section is extremely simplified: what I draw is what I get. Allows to apply different processing to a draw either design on the ICam or provided by outside sources (architecture or projecting studies). This allows the execution of a large and various tipology of pieces. In addition it is possible to view the entire processing cycle and the tool s path directly on the rendering even with multiple view. 10 Contrôle numérique et logiciel Machine control and software ICam pour gravure ICam permet de graver avec n'importe quel police TTF de Windows sur n'importe quelle courbe. Gravure de textes en 3D aussi bien en relief, avec remontée automatique des arêtes, qu'en bas-relief. Gravure de n'importe quel dessin. ICam for carving ICam allows to execute writings with any Windows TTF font on any curve. It executes also 3D relief and engraved writings with automatic raising on the corners and between the close letters. It s also possible to carve any artistic design. ICam Art (option) Fonction d'icam permettant de transformer des images venant de sources diverses (Bitmaps ou données Laser3D) en surfaces à usiner. ICam Art (opt.)
