4 Une information importante arrive du JIATF-S de Key-West (USA) au CECLAD (centre de coordination pour la lutte anti-drogue) l informant qu un voilier sous pavillon Français, le «TAHU BOHU» va probablement embarquer de la cocaïne à la Dominique pour l importer en Europe. Some important information arrives from the JIATF-S of Key West (USA) at the CECLAD (center of coordination for the struggle against drugs) informing it that a French sailboat, the "TAHU BOHU" is probably going to embark some cocaine from Dominique to Europe.

5 Le CeCLAD informe : - autorités Espagnoles et Portugaises (escales possibles aux Canaries ou Madère) de la cible pour leur demander de ne pas y toucher et éventuellement de solliciter leur concours. - le CRMAR de BREST (marine nationale) pour éviter toute interférence d un navire de la marine française qui patrouillerait dans la zone. - MAOC-N pour conservation de la «propriété» de la cible. - FRONTEX si opération de lutte contre immigration illégale en cours au large de l Espagne. The CeCLAD informs: - Spanish and Portuguese authorities (stopovers possible for the Canary Islands or the Madeira) of the target to ask them not to intervene and possibly to request their help. -The CRMAR of BREST (French navy) to avoid any interference of a ship of the French navy which would patrol in the zone. - MAOC-N for preservation of the "property" of the target. - FRONTEX if there s an ongoing fight against illegal immigration off Spain

Le CeCLAD demande de ne pas intervenir, informe les autorités marocaines et poursuit l enquête en laissant la transaction se réaliser jusqu au bout, afin de potentiellement démanteler la filière. 13 Il est trop tard pour intervenir et tagguer le yacht, car il ne fait plus d'escale, Deux semaines plus tard un drone de patrouille maritime repéré un voilier en plein atlantique qui semble faire route vers les canaries. Le navire arrive comme prévu à la Marina de Tanger et effectue ses déclarations administratives. Le skipper a réservé un billet pour Fort-de-France, au départ d Orly dans 3 jours. Il ne finira donc pas le transport de la marchandise. La gendarmerie décide de le laisser rentrer pour ne pas alerter et mettre en péril le reste de l opération. Pendant la nuit, un véhicule vient récupérer la marchandise pour la transférer dans un entrepôt près de Tanger. Elle sera intégrée dans un container en partance pour Marseille. Aucune intervention n est réalisée sur le navire, mais les déclenchements des relais téléphoniques sont demandés aux opérateurs pour cibler les appels provenant du navire suite à l enquête judiciaire ouverte.
