13 Sécurité et qualité Se reporter à la documentation du constructeur de la machine et aux consignes suivantes : Avant toute intervention Prendre toutes les dispositions de sécurité nécessaires (homme et machine) et se conformer aux réglementations de sécurité en vigueur. Engager le frein de parking et immobiliser la machine avec des cales. Stopper le générateur d énergie (moteur) du système hydraulique et déconnecter l alimentation électrique. Délimiter le périmètre de sécurité. Nettoyer l extérieur des composants pour en retirer toute trace de boue et de graisse. Attendre le refroidissement et la dépressurisation complète du système hydraulique (décharger les accumulateurs). Safety and quality Refer to the brochure from the machine manufacturer and the following instructions: Before servicing Be extremely careful to prevent personal injury and to avoid damage to material. Comply with all safety regulations. Apply the parking brake and prevent the machine from rolling with tire blocks. Stop the hydraulic system power source (engine) and disconnect the battery. Block off the safety area. Wash dirt and grease external to the components. Await complete cooling down and depressurization of the hydraulic system (accumulators must be purged). Hot or pressurized hydraulic fluid may cause serious burns & infections to the human body. Consult a physician in case of accident. Durant l intervention Soutenir les composants durant leur manutention au moyen d un dispositif de levage de capacité adéquate. La propreté est essentielle au fonctionnement des composants hydrauliques. La plupart des pièces peuvent être nettoyées au moyen d'un solvant propre. Protéger durant les manutentions toutes les surfaces sensibles contre les chocs (centrages, parties frottantes, appuis, portées des joints et des roulements, etc.) Nettoyer ces surfaces avant remontage. Toujours remonter des joints neufs en éliminant systématiquement les joints démontés. Nous recommandons de graisser tous les joints avant montage. Huiler toutes les surfaces frottantes en y déposant un film de fluide hydraulique propre qui assurera une lubrification correcte lors du premier (re)démarrage. Ne jamais chauffer le fluide hydraulique qui peut s'enflammer à haute température. Certains solvants sont également inflammables. Ne pas fumer durant l'intervention. Après l intervention Réinstaller les composants et remettre le système hydraulique en service selon les instructions figurant dans le document suivant : Catalogue technique INSTALLATION GENERIQUE réf k. During servicing Secure the components with a lifting device of adequate capacity during handling. Cleanliness is essential to hydraulic components functioning. Most of the parts may be cleaned with a clean solvent. Protect during handling all sensitive surfaces from shocks (pilot and interface surfaces, thrust & bearings surfaces, seal races, etc.) Clean up these surfaces before reassembling. Always install new O-rings, seals & gaskets discarding the old ones. We recommend lubricating all seals prior to assembly. Lubricate all rubbing surfaces by coating them with a film of clean hydraulic fluid to ensure lubrication at first start. Never heat hydraulic fluid, as it may flame at high temperature. Some solvents are also flammable. Do not smoke during servicing. 14 Dépose et repose du moteur Les opérations de réparations nécessitent la dépose et la repose du moteur sur la machine : se reporter à la documentation du constructeur et aux instructions suivantes : Dépose Éliminer la pression dans le circuit d alimentation. Débrancher la tuyauterie de drainage au niveau du réservoir afin d éviter le siphonnage de celui-ci. Débrancher et bouchonner les tuyauteries ou flexibles raccordés sur le moteur. Débrancher le connecteur du capteur tachymétrique. Démonter les vis de fixation, puis déposer le moteur. Vidanger le carter Repose Réinstaller le moteur et remettre le système hydraulique en service selon les instructions figurant dans le document suivant : Catalogue technique INSTALLATION GENERIQUE réf K. Disassembly and assembly from the machine The service operations require the motor disassembly and assembly from the machine : refer to the documentation brochure of machine manufacturer and the following instructions: Disassembly Release the pressure in the supply circuit. Disconnect the drain line at the tank level to avoid siphoning. Disconnect and plug the pipes or hoses which are connected to the motor. Disconnect the speed sensor. Unscrew the mounting screws, and remove the motor. Drain the casing. 15 Désactivation mécanique du frein Lors du montage du moteur sur la machine ou dans certains cas de dépannage (déplacement de la machine en panne), il peut être nécessaire de desserrer le frein mécaniquement. Brake mechanical release At the time of motor assembly from the machine or in some service situations (broken-down machine moving), it may be necessary to release the brake mechanically. ATTENTION : après cette opération, la machine n est plus immobilisée. WARNING: after this operation, the machine is not immobilized any more. 16 Pousser les vis (192) en comprimant les ressorts (193) afin de les engager dans les taraudages du piston de frein (107). Push the screws (192) by compressing the springs (193) to engage them in the brake piston (107) internals threads Serrer alternativement et progressivement les deux vis (192) afin de libérer les dents du piston de frein (107) de celles du rotor (011). Tighten alternatively and gradually the two screws (192) to release brake piston (107) teeth from those of the rotor (011) Respecter impérativement le couple de serrage préconisé dans le chapitre «couples de serrage». Respect imperatively the required torque. See chapter tightening torques. Réactivation du frein Desserrer les deux vis (192) alternativement et progressivement jusqu à ce qu elles soient libres. Brake reactivation Unscrew alternatively and gradually the two screws (192) until they are free. 192 A l aide d une lampe de poche, contrôler visuellement par l orifice de drainage 1 que les dents du piston de frein (107) sont engagées dans celles du rotor (011). With a torch, check visually through 1 drain port that brake piston (107) teeth are engaged into those of the rotor (011). Si les dents ne sont pas engagées : Monter deux vis dans les taraudages du rotor. Le tourner à l aide d un tube jusqu à ce qu il soit immobilisé en rotation. Les dents du piston de frein sont alors engagées dans celles du rotor. If the teeth are not engaged: Install two screws into the rotor internals threads. Turn it with a tube until it is immobilized in rotation. So, brake piston teeth are engaged into those of the rotor. 16 DOC-REPAIR-MK04-MKD04-FR-EN T

18 Réparations Remplacement du système de désactivation mécanique (006) Repairs Mechanical brake release system (006) replacement Démontage Disassembly Démonter les bouchons (191). Remove the plugs (191). 191 Si le frein statique est désactivé mécaniquement, effectuer les opérations décrites dans la rubrique «Réactivation du frein statique» du chapitre «Désactivation mécanique du frein statique». Extraire les anneaux dentelés (195) du couvercle de distribution en utilisant une clé hexagonale pour vis six pans creux. If the static brake is release mechanically, follow the operations described in chapter Static brake mechanical release section Static brake reactivation. Extract the notched rings (195) from valving cover with a hollow head wrench. 195 Extraire les vis (192) équipées d un joint (194) et les ressorts (193) du couvercle de distribution à l aide d un tournevis magnétique. Extract the screws (192) equipped with a O-ring (194) and the springs (193) from valving cover with a magnetic screwdriver Extraire les entretoises de guidage (196) du couvercle de distribution à l aide d un tournevis magnétique. 19 Remontage Monter les entretoises de guidage (196) dans le couvercle de distribution. Reassembly Install the spacers guidance (196) into the valving cover. POCLAIN HYDRAULICS 196 Monter les vis (192) équipées d un joint (194) et les ressorts (193) dans le couvercle de distribution. Install the screws (192) equipped with a O-ring (194) and the springs (193) into the valving cover Positionner les anneaux dentelés (195) sur une clé hexagonale pour vis six pans creux. Position the notched rings (195) on a hollow head wrench. 195 Les dents des anneaux dentelés doivent être orientées vers le haut. Notched rings teeth must be oriented upwards. Monter les anneaux dentelés (195) dans le couvercle de distribution. Install the notched rings (195) into the valving cover T DOC-REPAIR-MK04-MKD04-FR-EN 19

20 Mettre en butée les anneaux dentelés (195) dans le fond de l alésage en les poussant avec une tige (voir le chapitre «Récapitulatif outillage»). Push the notched rings (195) with a rod (see chapter Tooling inventory ) down to the stop in the bottom of bore. 195 Monter et serrer les bouchons (191) au couple préconisé dans le chapitre «couples de serrage». 21 Remplacement de la tôle de protection (171), du joint à lèvre (172) et de la bague d étanchéité (027) Démontage Disposer le moteur en appui sur le couvercle de distribution. Si il y en a, démonter les bouchons de protection. Protective plate (171), lip seal (172) and sealing ring (027) replacement Disassembly Place the motor on the valving cover. Remove the protective plugs if needed. Décoller la tôle de protection (171) avec un tournevis, puis la démonter. Use a screwdriver to separate the protective plate (171), and disassemble it. 171 Extraire et éliminer le joint à lèvre (172). Extract and discard the lip seal (172). 172 Éliminer la graisse anti-oxydante de la face du rotor (011) et du logement de la bague d étanchéité (027) à l aide d un chiffon. Eliminate the anti-oxidizing grease from the rotor (011) surface and the sealing ring (027) housing with a rag T DOC-REPAIR-MK04-MKD04-FR-EN 21

22 Démonter l anneau d arrêt (028) à l aide de deux tournevis. Remove the snap ring (028) with two screwdrivers. 028 Démonter la rondelle d appui (034). Remove the thrust washer (034). 034 Extraire et éliminer la bague d étanchéité (027). Attention de ne pas endommager la portée de la bague d étanchéité sur le rotor (011) et le stator (026). Extract and discard the sealing ring (027). Be careful not to damage the sealing ring mating surface on the rotor (011) and the stator (026) DOC-REPAIR-MK04-MKD04-FR-EN T

23 Remontage Nettoyer et contrôler l état de la tôle de protection (171). Procéder à son remplacement si nécessaire. Nettoyer et contrôler l état du logement du joint à lèvre (172) sur le stator (026). Nettoyer et contrôler l état de la portée sur le rotor (011) et du logement sur le stator (026) de la bague d étanchéité (027). Reassembly Clean and check the condition of the protective plate (171). Huiler et monter la première bille (035). Lubricate and install the first ball (035). 035 Renouveler les opérations pour toutes les billes. Monter le nouveau bouchon (032) sans le joint torique sur le stator (026). Visser jusqu à mettre le bouchon au contact de la bille. Do the operations again for all balls. Install the new plug (032) without the O-ring on the stator (026). Screw until the plug is in contact with the ball. 55 Repérer la position (repère [A]) du bouchon par rapport au stator. Mark the plug position (mark [A]) in relation with the stator. Dévisser le bouchon d un angle d environ 30 degrés. Repérer la nouvelle position (repère [B]) du bouchon par rapport au stator. Démonter le bouchon. Unscrew the plug with an angle of approximately 30 degrees. Mark the new plug position (mark [B]) in relation with the stator. Remove the plug. Dégraisser le filetage du bouchon (032) à l aide d alcool isopropylique. Monter un joint torique neuf (033) sur le bouchon. Degrease the plug (032) external thread with isopropyl alcohol. Install a new O-ring (033) on the plug Attention de ne pas vriller le joint torique. Be careful not to twisted the O-ring. Position le bouchon (032) sur une clé hexagonale pour vis six pans creux Enduire de graisse le joint torique (033). Position the plug (032) on a hollow head wrench Coat the O-ring (033) with grease. 033 Attention de ne pas mettre de graisse sur le filetage du bouchon. Be careful not to put grease on the plug external thread Déposer un cordon d adhésif LOCTITE 270 sur le premier filet du bouchon (032). Apply a line of LOCTITE 270 adhesive on the first thread of plug (032). Aucune bille ne doit rentrer en contact avec le bouchon. Sinon, le desserrer ou resserrer légèrement jusqu à ne plus sentir de claquement.
