/ PRÉSENTATION La recherche et la créativité d Atelier Sedap ont permis de faire évoluer les utilisations du plâtre et de multiplier ses applications dans l éclairage. Le choix du matériau plâtre s inscrit, aujourd hui plus que jamais, dans une démarche volontaire de production respectueuse de l environnement. En effet, le plâtre se distingue depuis des millénaires pour ses propriétés de régulation hygrométrique, de protection contre les incendies, et de performances d isolation acoustique. Il est reconnu aujourd hui pour son innocuité pour l environnement et la santé. Pour la santé parce que le plâtre est confectionné à partir de gypse (roche minérale) et d eau, il ne requiert pas l utilisation de colles, de solvants ou autres produits nocifs pour l homme. Pour l environnement parce qu une politique environnementale très sérieuse régit l avant, le pendant et l après de l exploitation. Le plâtre utilisé par Atelier Sedap provient d une exploitation française respectueuse de toutes les normes environnementales. D autre part, la cuisson du plâtre se fait à basse température, ce qui réduit au maximum le dégagement de CO2. Enfin, les déchets de fabrication et du chantier sont recyclés. Creativeness and R&D at Atelier Sedap open new possibilities for the use of plaster, and especially new solutions for recessed lighting. The choice of plaster as a material is today, more than ever, a conscious will to develop environmentally-friendly production. For centuries, the properties of plaster have been highlighted : hygrometric regulation, fire resistance, soundproofing. It is now widely recognized as a harmless material according to health regulations and also environmentally-friendly. Innocuous for health. Plaster is made from mineral gypsum and water. It does not need glues, solvent or any product noxious to man. Environmentally-friendly. A comprehensive environmental policy rules the plaster industry. Atelier Sedap uses plaster from French quarries which are following environment regulations to the letter. All these new innovative lighting solutions make the most of new technologies for energy saving-fluorescent T5 and LEDs. Étape 2 Souder si nécessaire pour relier 2 parties du flexible et/ou souder les fils d alimentation en prenant soin de respecter la polarité (+/-). / Soder the joint between the two parts of the flex and/or solder weld the power wires maintaining the polarity (+/-). Attention! Ne jamais raccorder plus de 5 mètres de flexible. Les premières LED alimentées pourraient être endommagées. / Be careful not to join more than 5 meters of flex as this may cause damage to the first LEDs. Étape 3 Installer et connecter à l alimentation 24V DC. L alimentation doit être choisie en fonction de la longueur du flexible alimenté (1 mètre consomme 15 W). Pour 5 mètres, prendre une alimentation de 100 W minimum. / Install and connect ti 24V DC power supply. Choose the power supply according to the length of the connected flex (1 meter needs 15 W). For 5 meters, use a 100 W power supply as a minimum. Glue the aluminium profile into the plaster profile (cornice or recessed element) with either silicon or polyurethan glue.
