L'e-learning au service de la circulation des travailleurs en Europe (UK/06/B/F/PP- Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: L'e-learning au service de la circulation des travailleurs en Europe UK/06/B/F/PP-162_546 Année: 2006 Type de Projet: Projets Pilotes (2000-2006) Statut: Pays: Accroche marketing: Accordé UK-Royaume-Uni Epitome veut faciliter l intégration des travailleurs européens migrants qui sont peu qualifiés, dans les secteurs de l alimentation et de l'hôtellerie restauration. Une intégration réussie, culturelle et professionnelle passe par un accès à des formations au contenu et aux modalités adaptés à leurs besoins spécifiques. Epitome est soutenu par le programme Leonardo da Vinci de la Commission européenne. Il implique six états membres pendant deux ans : République Tchèque, France, Allemagne, Lettonie, Pologne et Royaume-Uni. Des méthodes de formation innovantes sont créées pour permettre aux migrants et aux formateurs de disposer des bonnes ressources au bon moment. Ces ressources sont contextualisées selon les problématiques des états membres impliqués. Elles sont testées dans les six pays avec des employeurs et des migrants avant d être diffusées largement auprès de tous les utilisateurs potentiels.
