Une TVA de 8% est applicable. Les prix sont valables pour la durée de l'exposition sachant que la durée ne peut pas excéder 10 jours. Pour les durées supérieures à 10 jours, le tarif est sur demande. A défaut, une nouvelle location sera exigée. Le tarif discount s applique lorsque la commande ferme est passée au minimum 4 semaines avant la livraison. Le tarif standard s applique lorsque la commande ferme est passée au minimum 2 semaines avant la livraison. Passée cette date, une majoration de 30% sera appliquée sur le prix standard. The prices mentioned in the furniture price list are rental prices. An 8% VAT is applicable. Prices are valid for the duration of the event given that the duration can not exceed 10 days. Vols et dommages durant ce laps de temps ne seront pas pris charge par Mathys S.A. L'assurance du matériel est obligatoire dans toutes les places de foire. Insurance will be borne by the exhibitor over a period starting from the day previous to the official opening to the day the closing of the exhibition. Mathys S.A. will not be responsible for any theft and damages which can happen during that time. Insurance of the equipment is compulsory in all showplaces.
