Salon and dining area form an open whole; the aged boarded floor runs through without carpets to prevent interrupting the continuity. The open kitchen, with custom varnished mdf cupboards, a cooker-hood finished with a bronze coloured glass mirror and a marble worktop. The hallway to the rooms has a monastic aura as a result of the incidence of light and the choice of sober materials. The white concrete floors were combined with lye-treated wood and whitewashed walls. Les sols en béton blanc s associent au bois lessivé et aux murs blanchis à la chaux. De gang naar de kamers heeft een monacale uitstraling door de lichtinval en de keuze voor sobere materialen. A white epoxy floor, white voile curtains, a pinewood table painted white and leather footstools by Emery. Un sol en epoxy blanc, des voiles de rideaux blancs, une table en pin brut peinte en blanc et des poufs en cuir Emery. The table emphasises the small and deep space of this jewellery store. The idea is based on the Moroccan souks: there, people also sit close together on benches to negotiate or drink tea. It creates a certain intimacy. The workshop is at the back of the store. Een witte epoxyvloer, witte voilegordijnen, een witgeschilderde ruwe grenen tafel en lederen poefs van bij Emery. Cette table accentue l étroitesse et la profondeur de cette bijouterie. L idée est basée sur les souks marocains, où l on se côtoie sur de petits bancs pour négocier ou boire du thé. Cela crée une certaine intimité. L atelier se trouve au fond du magasin. Deze tafel beklemtoont de smalle en diepe ruimte van deze juwelierszaak. Het idee is gebaseerd op de Marokkaanse souks: daar zit men ook dicht bij elkaar op bankjes om te onderhandelen of thee te drinken. Het creëert een zekere intimiteit.
