February 2016 / Février 2016 Subjet: New board installation / Sujet : Installation de la nouvelle carte This instruction sheet describe the correct procedure on how to install the new boards of the Mini, Maxi, 450 XTT and Rally scrubber, proceed as follow to complete the install correctly. Cette feuille d'instructions décrit la procédure correcte pour effectuer l installation de la nouvelle carte de l auto-récureuse Mini, Maxi 450 XTT et Rally. Veuillez suivre les instructions suivante pour compléter l installation correctement. Instructions for the Mini / Instructions pour la Mini Take off the tubes and take off charger battery s cover. Enlevez les tubes et enlever le couvercle de la batterie du chargeur. Unscrew the two screws holding charger battery s plate. Dévissez les deux vis qui maintiennent la plaque du chargeur de la batterie. For the Rally model, unscrew the 4 screws on the dashboard and lift up the control pannel. Pour le modèle de la Rally, dévisser les 4 vis du tableau de bord et soulevez le panneau de contrôle.

Install new electronic board and charger battery on new electronic plate, using the same screws. Installez la nouvelle carte électronique et la batterie de chargeur nouvelle plaque électronique, en utilisant les mêmes vis. Install flat cable and cable ground (GND). Install the plate electronic port on the machine using the same screws / nuts. Installez câble plat et le câble de mise à la terre (GND). Instructions for the Maxi & 450 XTT / Instructions pour la Maxi et 450 XTT Take off the tubes and take off charger battery s cover. Enlevez les tubes et enlever le couvercle de la batterie du chargeur. Dismount the plate carrying the electronic circuit board of control, disconnecting the wiring. Complete the disabling of the brake relay motor brush by removing the fuse from the fuse holder, which will no longer be used. Simply removing just the fuse. Remove the relay, the fuse holder and the resistance of the plate. The braking work of the brush motor will now be played by the power card. Replace the electronic logic board. Remplacer la carte logique électronique. Close the handle and proceed with the programming electronic logic board. SED BOARD PROGRAMMING/ PROGRAMMATION DE LA CARTE SED Turn the machine off through the On-Off switch (Mini, Maxi, 450 XTT). In order to enter the programming menu, press and keep pressed the Water and ignition On-Off switch for at least 5 seconds until all the LED on the control panel are on. When all the LED are turned off ( release only the On-Off switch just after the Water switch (do no do release the two switches at the same time), only the green for battery will be lighted on: then select the machine version the programming will make reference to. Set the machine version: Mini: press the Brush switch until the red LED starts flashing, then release the switch. Maxi: press the Aspiration switch until the orange LED starts flashing, then release the switch. 450 XTT: press the Water switch until the green LED starts flashing, then release the switch. By counting the LED flashing from the first one till the last one, you can detect the Firmware version. Last Firmware version: 21 as of 30/11/2015. Mini Maxi 450 XTT Memorize the selected program for all the versions: At the end of the LED flashing indicating the installed program and the firmware version loaded on the card, followed by three flashing of all three LEDs to indicate battery phase of the program storage. Instructions for installed program verification: Turn the machine off though the On-Off ignition key; Keep the On-Off and Brush switches pressed for more than 3 seconds. In case a program has been installed for non tractioned machines, firstly all the control panel LEDs will spark up and, once the LEDs will be turned off, there will be the visualization through the battery chargers LEDs of the type of program installed. When the program verification is finished, turn the machine on with the key in order to come back to standard operations. Operate the brush control lever and press the brush button until the consideration LED will start flashing, engine power brush will be reduced by 20%. The ECO function can be turned on and off independently of the motor brush and vacuum motor. The electronic board retains the last programmed setting even if it is turned off the machine.
