Tiangong Mission Progress 29 Sep. 2011: Tiangong 1 launched onboard Changzheng 2F-T1 vehicle 360km near circular orbit Controlled descent to a 343km near-circular orbit under atmospheric drag 30 Oct. 2011: 180 turn with its docking port pointing backwards 2 Nov. 2011: First docking with unmanned Shenzhou 8 spacecraft, two vehicles flew connected in orbit for 10 days 17 Nov. 2011: Shenzhou 8 returned to Earth 16 June 2012: Shenzhou 9 manned mission to Tiangong 1 Page 9
