LV auxiliary voltages must be de---energised. accès au sous ensemble avant intervention 2 vis auto --- taraudeuses plastron : 4vis HM6X16 goulotte : 4vis HM6X16 DP accessing the sub---assembly before intervention 2 self--tapping screws front panel 4 screws HM6X16 cable trough 4 screws HM6X16 Dépose de la goulotte BT 4 vis (4 vis HM6X16) + 2 vis autotaraudeuse. Retirer la goulotte verticalement. Dépose du plastron (4 vis HM6X16). Remove the LV cable trough (4 screws HM6X16) + 2 self---tapping screws. Vertically remove the cable trough. Remove the front plate (4 screws HM6X16). plastron synoptique / combinatoire libre free combinaison / front plate dépose des 4 vis HM6.16 du plastron synoptique Remove the minic panel front plate (4x(HM6.16) screws A Déposer la goulotte (A) (7 vis). Dépose du plastron unitaire selon besoin (4 vis) (B). Remove the LV trunking (A) (7 screws). Remove the front plate as needed (4 screws) (B). B FE revision : 03 7

Undo the nylstop nut ( 5 mm). A l aide d une pince, décrocher le ressort (1 ). Using the pliers, unlatch the spring (1 ). décrocher l indicateur de position remove the position indicator Démonter l indicateur de position (2), pour le retirer il faut enlever la vis. Remove the position indicator (2), to remove it, you must first remove the screw. 2 déposer les 2 micro contacts de coupure de la bobine d ouverture déposer la platine signalisation remove the 2 micro---switches for breaking from the opening coil remove the indication plate Démonter la platine signalisation sur plaque avant de la commande disjoncteur ( 3 vis auto taraudeuse + rondelles). Remove the indication plate on the front panel of the circuit---breaker mechanism (3 self---tapping screws + washers). Démonter les 2 micro contacts de la bobine d ouverture. 11 déconnecter la filerie du mitop dépose du mitop dans le cas ou il est monté sur la commande pour le remontage de la filerie, il est impératif de respecter les couleursdesfilsbleu/bleu et rouge / rouge disconnect mitop wiring remove the mitop if it is mounted on the mechanism for re---wiring purposes, the blue / blue and red / red coloured wires must be respected rouge / red Débrancher les 2 fils (bleuetrouge)durelais. Disconnect the 2 wires (blueandred)fromtherelay. bleu / blue Déposer le mitop de la commande du disjoncteur 1 vis HM 5+1 rondelle plate + écrou nylstop 5 ( voir détail si dessous). Flange the circuit---breaker shaft spring using the operating handle, compress the mechanism s spring, then progressively release it and place the nail (1) providedforthis, use pliers. bridage du ressort de mise àlaterre flanging the earthing switch spring B A l aide du levier de manoeuvre comprimer le ressort (B) dela commande, mettre en place le clou prévu à cet effet, utiliser une pince. Monter la patte de fixation (A) plastron, récupérée sur l ancienne commande. Screw the tool * 6008 or the threaded rod in the rotating tight part to immobilise the moving assembly. * the tool 6008 can be replaced with a threaded rod M6X150. Mount the front plate fixing lug (A), which was recovered from the old mechanism.

14 dépose de la commande attention, remplacer les écrous nylstop M8, démonter par ceux fournis avec le kit remove the mechanism careful, replace the nylstop nuts M8 that were removed with those provided in the kit Dévisser la commande (5 écrous nylstop). Remonter toutes les options bobine, signalisation, borniers, et raccorder la filerie. Faire quelques manoeuvres manuelles. Before placing the mitop, if necessary unlatch the mitop s re---charging spring. Re --- assembly all the coil, indication, terminal block options and reconnect wires. Conduct a few manual operations. pour fonction disjoncteur motorisé accèsausousensemble avant intervention exemple : IDI for the motorised circuit --- breaker function accessing the sub---assembly before intervention example: IDI DP Déposer la goulotte BT (4 vis HM6x12) + 2 vis auto taraudeuse déposer le plastron synoptique (5vis HM6 x 16); puis démonter le capot bloc motorisation, (5vis HM6 x 16) pour avoir accès au motoréducteur. 16 dépose du bloc motorisation A A il est impératif de respecter la méthodededémontage,afin d éviter le désacouplement total du bloc motoréducteur remove the motorisation block the disassembly method must be carefully followed to prevent complete decoupling of the gear motor block. Retirer la vis (A) HM16 Retirer l écrou (C) nylstop et sa rondelle 8mm), puis dévisser seulement la vis (B) HM16 x 16. B C Remove the screw (A) HM16 Remove the nylstop nut (C) and its washer 8mm, then only unscrew screw (B) HM16 x 16. B C D E Retirer la vis (E) HM6x16 puis dévisser seulement la vis (D) HM6 x 50. Remove screw (E) HM6x16 then only unscrew screw (D) HM6 x 50. G F Dévisser à la main, les 2 vis (F) et(g) du bloc motorisation en maintenant les 2 vis (F) et(g) sur le bloc motorisé. H remonter la nouvelle commande du disjonteur. retirer l outillage 6008 et les 2 clous H effectuer quelques manoeuvres manuelles H remove the circuit---breaker mechanism (chapter on replacing the circuit---breaker mechanism). 18 spécification mise en place du bloc motoréducteur specification installing the gear motor block D B E B B F A C Vérifier que la dent manquante A se trouve dans le quart inférieur gauche. Positionner le bloc motorisation F sur la commande disjoncteur. Engager les axes de maneuvre E terre et disjoncteur. Veillez à l orientation de l axe de manoeuvre terre. Le bloc motorisation F est correctement positionné quand le roulement de l arbre moteur du bloc réducteur est correctement engagé dans le logement prévu à cet effet sur la plaque avant de la commande disjoncteur. Serrage du bloc motorisation : H 3 vis du bloc réducteur B H écrou partie inférieure droite C H vis partie supérieure droite D Make sure that the missing tooth A is located in the left bottom quarter. Position the motorisation block F on the circuit---breaker mechanism. Engage the earth and circuit---breaker operating axes E Carefully orient the earth operating axis. The motorisation block F is correctly positioned if the motor shaft bearing on the gear block is correctly engaged in the housing provided for this on the front plate of the circuit---breaker mechanism. Tighten the motorisation block: H 3screwsonthegearblockB H nut for right lower part C H screw for right upper part D vérification check Effectuer quelques manoeuvres électriques pour vérifier le fonctionnement de la motorisation.
