2 ACTIONNEUR ELECTRIQUE ER ATTENTION - Ne pas brancher plusieurs actionneurs sur un même inverseur sans séparation de phase. - Couper l'alimentation électrique avant: - d'ouvrir le capotage - de débrayer la réduction - de manipuler la commande manuelle de secours. - Ce moteur a été testé en usine. Les contacts fins de course sont réglés pour une rotation de 90 (ou 180 ) et il est inutile d'intervenir. - Bien vérifier avant installation que le débattement de la commande manuelle ne sera pas gêné par un obstacle. Ce servomoteur est étanche (IP 65) et ne nécessite aucun entretien. - Les actionneurs électriques doivent être protégés par un dispositif de sécurité (Disjoncteur, etc...) adapté à la puissance. BRANCHEMENTS ELECTRIQUES 1. CIRCUIT DE COMMANDE ET DE PUISSANCE - Il est nécessaire de déposer le capot pour accéder au bornier de connection. - Chasser la manette ou l'indicateur vers le haut. (juste emboîté de force sur l'axe) - Dévisser les vis du capot, le déposer. - Dévisser le presse-étoupe, et passer le câble. Nos presse-étoupes ISO 20 sont prévus pour des câbles de diam. 5,5 à 12mm COURANT ALTERNATIF COURANT CONTINU Connecter la terre (jaune-vert) sur cosse Connecter 1 et 2 du double inverseur ou Connecter le fil du neutre en 1 relais nécessaire au fonctionnement Connecter le fil de l 'ouverture en 2 en courant continu. Réaliser un shunt ou Connecter le fil de la fermeture en 3 pont entre les bornes 2 et 3. Le branchement de la terre est facultatif ( phase en 50/60hz alternativement sur 2 ou 3) en basse tension. Inverser le branchement si les fonctions ouverture et fermeture ne sont pas dans le bon ordre. - Revisser le presse-étoupe. Revisser les vis du capot. - Réemboîter la manette ou l'indicateur sur l'axe. 2. CIRCUITS DE CONTACTS AUXILIAIRES SECS En standard, ces moteurs sont pourvus de 2 contacts fins de course auxiliaires secs déjà réglés pour une rotation de 90 (ou180 ). Le capot étant démonté comme précédement, dévisser le deuxième presse-étoupe et procéder aux branchements comme suit: - connecter 4 et 8 pour le contact FC1, 6 et 9 pour le contact FC2=fonctionnement NF ou - connecter 4 et 5 pour le contact FC1, 6 et 7 pour le contact FC2=fonctionnement NO COMMANDE MAUELLE DE SECOURS En cas de défaut d'alimentation électrique, il est possible de manoeuvrer manuellement la vanne. Pour pouvoir actionner la commande manuelle de secours, tourner le bouton de AUTO. vers MAN., pour débrayer la réduction et actionner librement la vanne. Pour réenclencher la réduction, tourner le bouton de débrayage de MAN. vers AUTO. Attention: ne pas forcer sur la butée du bouton de débrayage, ce bouton ne sert pas de commande manuelle. 2

3 ER ELECTRIC ACTUATOR CAUTION - Do not connect factory actuators to the limit current reverser without live separation. - This actuator is manufactory tested. The end switches have been set for 90 (or 180 ) use, there is no need open the cover. - Shut off the power supply before:.removing the cover,.disconnecting the gear,.using the lever. - Consult the technical sheet before mounting or intervening on the actuator. - Be carefull, before installation, that the travel of the manual override is free of any obstacle. This actuator is IP65 rated and is maintenance free. - The electric actuators have to be protected by the mean of a security system adapted to the power. (Circuit breaker, etc...) ELECTRICAL WIRING SCHEMES 1. POWER AND REMOTE CONNECTING - It s necessary to remove the cover to connect the strips. - Pull out the handle or the half ball indicator. - Free the screws of the cover with a screwdriver, remove it. - Free the gland and insert the feeding cable into the housing and connect as follows: Our ISO20 glandless can fit 5,5 to 12mm cables. ALTERNATING CURRENT/AC DIRECT CURRENT/DC Connect the earth on faston Connect 1 and 2. Connect neutral in 1 Make a shunt between 2 & 3. Connect the wire of open in 2 Earth connecting optionnal. Connecter the wire of close in 3 ( phase in 50/60hz alternatively on 2 & 3) - Tighten the gland. Put the cover and tighten the screws of the cover. - Put back the handle or the indicator on the shaft. 2. AUXILIARY LIMIT SWITCHES SETTING Reverse the connections, if Opening & Closing are not in the right position. As standard, these actuators are provided with 2 auxiliary limit switch (set up for a 90 or 180 angle rotation). Cover off, procide as before, free the second gland' screw and connect the wiring as follows: - connect 4 and 8 for the switch FC1, 6 and 9 for the switch FC2 = normaly closed or - connect 4 and 5 for the switch FC1, 6 and 7 for the switch FC2 = normaly open NO MANUAL OVERRIDE In case of power failure, it is possible to operate manually. To operate the manual override, turn the clutch knob from AUTO. to MAN., the manual override is now free. The motor will return to AUTO mode by turning the clutch knob to the AUTO position. Caution: don t force on the clutch knob, this button is not manual override. 3

- Consult the technical sheet before mounting or intervening on the actuator. - Be carefull, before installation, that the travel of the manual override is free of any obstacle.
