It is therefore not surprising the establishment of this MoU is based on the Open-edi Reference Model. primary reason here is that the Open-edi Reference Model includes advocacy of coordination, co-operation, avoidance of duplication, etc. and includes lauses and nnexes in support of the same. 1.3 Long-term stability of the Information technology Open-edi Reference Model standard The Open-edi Reference Model is now in its 3 rd edition issued in It is widely used and referenced in whole or via its concepts/definitions in the development of other standards and specifications at the international, regional, national and local level, as well as in various levels of jurisdictional domains. This international standard has remained stable and freely available. {see }. This was deemed fundamental since there is a commonality among jurisdictional domains, at whatever level, to have external constraints of a public policy nature which apply when the buyer in a business transaction is an individual (e.g. consumer protection, privacy protection, individual accessibility, etc.). There were no technical changes in the development of the 3 rd edition of apart from minor edits and integrating the nglish and rench versions into a single / standards document. 2. Table 1 presents the areas of activity; Table 2, the types of bodies which should fulfil those areas of activity; Table 3 identifies typical actors at the time of this International Standard. It is expected that working documents will be created identifying all relevant sectorial actors. The application of the Open-edi reference model specified in this International Standard enables the evolution of the organization of the activities detailed in Table 1. That evolution is found in nnex, and in particular in Tables.1 and.2. Table headings are explained in nnex. Tables 1, 2 and 3 have, in addition, a new dimension, below that of nvironment, which is characterized as "ormal Recognition". This is a specific stage between nvironment, which is understood to be the existence of all that there is in the development of standard frameworks, and ctivity Models, which are understood to be business modelling methods and techniques identified by the frameworks. On trouvera cette évolution à l'annexe, plus précisément dans les tableaux.1 et.2. L'explication des titres des lignes et des colonnes des tableaux se trouve à l'annexe. Les tableaux 1, 2 et 3 sont dotés en plus d'une nouvelle dimension, nommée "Reconnaissance formelle", placée après la dimension "nvironnement". Il s'agit d'une étape particulière entre "nvironnement", pris sous le sens de la totalité de ce qui existe en termes de développement de cadres normalisés, et "Modèles d'activité", pris sous le sens des méthodes et techniques de modélisation des affaires reconnues par ces cadres.
