2 Notre gamme de prestations Sécurité des machines Rideaux de sécurité La sécurisation réglementaire des machines et installations représente souvent un challenge pour les constructeurs. Un design moderne et une ergonomie bien pensée laissent fréquemment peu de place pour les composants de sécurité. Avec nos rideaux lumineux de sécurité compacts, vous avez la possibilité de combiner en fonction des besoins la sécurisation des machines avec d autres spécifications de la construction. Le temps de réponse rapide de quelques millisecondes permet d installer les rideaux lumineux de sécurité à proximité de la zone dangereuse avec une distance de sécurité la plus petite possible. Contrôleurs Nos contrôleurs de sécurité compacts se chargent de l ensemble des tâches de surveillance de sécurité en rapport avec votre machine. Ils convainquent par leurs possibilités de configuration adaptées à la demande et leurs temps de réponse courts. Les petites et grandes installations peuvent être surveillées à moindre coût et en réduisant l encombrement. Différents modules d extension de relais et bus permettent une intégration directe dans la commande de sécurité. Automatisation industrielle Rideaux lumineux Nos systèmes de rideau lumineux permettent de commander et de surveiller des processus d automatisation industriels. Il est ainsi p. ex. possible de détecter accès, éjections et bords, de compter ou de mesurer des objets et de contrôler des dépassements. Contrôleurs Les contrôleurs sont disponibles dans différentes versions. Selon la version, des informations de statut sont fournies pour chaque rayon lumineux. La reconnaissance de dépassement et de différentes tailles d objet fait de ce système un précieux instrument de travail, également pour moderniser des installations déjà existantes.

The controller s advantages include a slim profile and an extremely fast reaction time combined with multifunctional abilities such as muting and external device monitoring (EDM). In addition to monitoring the protective area, the controller can simultaneously control emergency-stop or interlock switches.
