M8-1.5 x 90 mm et de deux () écrous hex. M Utilisez les trous déjà présents dans le châssis. Le devant de la plaque d attache doit être aligné avec l arrière des bras de suspension avant du véhicule. Serrez seulement à la main pour le moment. 4) Percez la plaque de protection du véhicule avec la mèche fournie F en se servant de la plaque d attache comme guide pour les deux () trous arrière du centre. vant du véhicule vant du véhicule 5) Insérez les deux () boulons en U carré entre le châssis et le plancher du véhicule et passez-les dans les trous percés à l étape précédente. Les boulons en U carré doivent relier le châssis et la plaque de protection du véhicule, le support arrière et la plaque d attache. NOT : L espace entre le plancher et le châssis du véhicule est restreint. Pour insérer les boulons en U carré, un outil pourrait être requis pour soulever légèrement le plancher du véhicule. 3 INSTRUTIONS SSMLG TTH PLL «LIK N GO» KIMPX N o ) ssemblez la plaque en V sur la plaque d attache en alignant d abord les boulons de carrosserie arrière, puis les boulons de carrosserie avant. 6) Serrez tous les boulons et écrous assemblés jusqu à maintenant à l aide d un outil approprié. ssemblage de la plaque en V sur la plaque d attache 10) Une fois les boulons de carrosserie glissés au fond des trous oblongs de la plaque d attache, serrez-les bien à l aide d un outil approprié. 7) ssemblez quatre (4) boulons de carrosserie M8-1.5 x 5 mm et quatre (4) écrous hex. M8-1.5 sur la plaque en V dans les trous correspondant à la largeur des quatre (4) trous oblongs de la plaque d attache. Vissez seulement les premiers filets de façon à laisser un espace entre la tête des boulons de carrosserie et la plaque en V. 8) ssemblez un (1) boulon hex. M8-1.5 x 0 mm et un (1) écrou hex. M8-1.5 au centre de la plaque en V. Serrez ce boulon à l aide d un outil approprié. Position de l assemblage du crochet du châssis poussoir Installez l assemblage du crochet du châssis poussoir dans la position. Référez-vous aux instructions du châssis poussoir pour obtenir la procédure d assemblage. Il se peut que la position doive être changée pour s ajuster au treuil installé sur le véhicule. Tighten the first threads only. Front of the vehicle 3) entre the rear of the attachment plate with the vehicle frame using a ruler. 4) rill the skid plate of the vehicle with the drill bit F provided using the attachment plate as a guide for the two () rear centre holes. ) ssemble the front of the attachment plate on the vehicle frame using the front bracket, two () M8-1.5 x 90 mm hex. bolts and two () M8-1.5 hex. nuts. Use existing holes in the frame. The front of the attachment plate must be aligned with the rear of the front suspension arms of the vehicle. Hand tighten only at this time. Front of the vehicle Front of the vehicle 5) Insert the two () square U-bolts between the frame and the floor of the vehicle and pass it through the holes drilled in the preceding step. Square U-bolts must connect the frame and the skid plate of the vehicle, the rear bracket and the attachment plate. NOT: The space between the floor and the frame of the vehicle is limited. To insert the square U-bolts, a tool may be required to slightly lift the vehicle floor. 7 SSMLY INSTRUTIONS " LIK N GO " PLOW TTHMNT KIMPX NO ) ssemble the V-plate on the attachment plate by first aligning the rear carriage bolts and front carriage bolts. 6) Tighten all bolts and nuts assembled so far with an appropriate tool. ssembly of the V-plate to the attachment plate 10) Once the carriage bolts inserted to the bottom of the slotted holes of the attachment plate, tighten them well using an appropriate tool. 7) ssemble four (4) M8-1.5 x 5 mm carriage bolts and four (4) M8-1.5 hex. nuts on the V-plate in the holes corresponding to the width of the four (4) slotted holes of the attachment plate. Screw the first threads only so as to leave a space between the head of carriage bolts and the V-plate. 8) ssemble one (1) M8-1.5 x 0 mm hex. bolt and one (1) M8-1.5 hex. nut on the centre of the V- plate. Tighten the bolt with an appropriate tool. Position of the push frame hook assembly Install the push frame hook assembly in Position. Refer to the instructions for the push frame for the assembly procedure. It is possible that the position must be changed to fit the winch installed on the vehicle.
