15 Point d Information National Une structure établie au sein du MESRST (6 ème PCRD, projet Euromedanet) et dont le rôle est de procurer des informations sur les opportunités et les modalités de participation aux activités du 7 ème PCRD. L objectif principal est d informer les partenaires potentiels et de soutenir leur participation ainsi que d aider les contractants au cours de l exécution des projets.

20 BIO CIRCLE aims at increasing the participation of researchers from outside Europe in research projects under the Food, Agriculture, Fisheries and Biotechnology theme (FAFB) of the 7th FP.

22 MIRA Mediterranean Innovation and Research Coordination Action

23 MIRA Objectives 1) Dialogue platform using the state of the art of the ICT technologies, to connect and facilitate the interaction between the dispersed S&T cooperation initiatives already existing supported by the Member States, the European Commission and other political bodies; 2) Address training activities to improve the quality of the participation and management of the partners of FP7 from the MPC; 3) Discussion platforms and organizing meetings to monitor and discuss the content of the Thematic priorities of FP7 in term of the common interest of the EU and MPC; 4) Observatory of the EU-MPC S&T cooperation, which agree indicators for the monitoring of RTD cooperation activities; 5) Networks of research institutions and technological transfer services from both sides of the Mediterranean, to provide a reference element for the development of the Euro-Mediterranean Innovation Space. 6) Create a strong institutional basis for the EU-MPC S&T cooperation.

24 The ETC project The gateway to Tunisian cooperation ( Fostering and boosting the involvement of the Tunisian research system into the European Research Area by building a network of Tunisian research centres, Universities and SMEs. Training and information activities Desk analysis research On line training activities Improve the process of providing information on RTD programs and funding and to promote international cooperation between Europe and specific third countries.

25 The off line train activities The ETC project consortium is going to organize some: Conferences: Organizing annual conferences to present 7FP s objectives, themes, opportunities so as to foster collaborations as well as to involve all the Tunisian organizations into European Research Area. Training Workshops: Organizing Six-monthly workshop in order to train Focal and Thematic Contact points on FP7aims and rules. Information days: Six-monthly information days on new call for proposal and related S&T thematic activities of 7FP so as to deal with in depth issues of common interest.

26 The on line train activities The ETC project consortium is going to organize some: Web Seminars: All dissemination events and networking activities (conferences, and workshops) will be recorded and web-streamed in order to be accessed by users which are not able to travel or move. Forum: EU and Tunisian researchers are invited to highlight and discuss on R&D interests and ideas in the on-line forum, which can be used as useful tool for partner search and project initiatives start-up. Newsletter: a news letter on the main call and topic related to Tunisia will be published and send by to all the registered people. E-learning training: Some e-learning tools on project cycle management and FP7 projects editing. This is an on-line repository of learning object, available to all registered users at any personal convenience. Trainees can also test their new competence by online exercises. Since today you can find on line the first training course on Project management
