2 Rappel des principales missions d OSEO Soutenir l innovation et la croissance des PME par nos trois métiers : l aide à l innovation (subventions, avances remboursables ) la garantie, pour faciliter l accès au crédit le financement des investissements structurants, en accompagnement des banques européens pour les PME Europôle de l Arbois

3 Définition de la PME au sens communautaire Entreprise de moins de 250 salariés Déclarant soit unchiffre d'affairesannuel inférieur à 50 millions d'euros, soit un total de bilan n'excédant pas 43 millions d'euros Doit être indépendante, c'est-à-dire ne pas être détenue à plus de 25% par une ou plusieurs entités qui ne sont pas des PME européens pour les PME Europôle de l Arbois

4 Panorama des financements européens pour les PME Le 7 e PCRD : le financement communautaire principal pour la R&D Mesures spécifiques PME du volet Capacités (Recherche pour les PME & recherche pour les associations de PME) : le principe est de pratiquer la sous-traitance de la R&D. Les PME sont propriétaires des résultats. Projets collaboratifs du volet Coopération. Financements transnationaux : EUREKA / Eurostars : initiative intergouvernementale finançant des projets transnationaux bottom-up et proches du marché. ERA-Nets : réseaux de financeurs publics (agences nationales et régionales, ministères) coordonnant leurs politiques nationales d aide à la R&D et lançant des appels à propositions conjoints. Autres financements européens (fonds structurels, CIP), nationaux et régionaux, et financements privés européens pour les PME Europôle de l Arbois

Le leader du consortium est une PME très active dans la R&D. Il fonctionne par appels à projets, 15 avec une soumission électronique à dates fixes.
