2 Profile Presentation Stéphanie has more than 15 years of professional experience and is specialized in marketing as well as new technologies. Her topics of predilection are consumer behavior, experiential marketing and user experience. She founded an e-commerce website in 1999 (selling travel accessories), has managed Impact Recherche (Cossette s market research department) where she worked for 8 years and where she developed a usability test offering as well as handled numerous mandates for a broad range of clients such as Uniprix, the SAAQ, the Ministère des services gouvernementaux and the Ministère de l'education. She was Vice-President of the Utilisabilité Québec Association (Quebec chapter of the UPA : Usability Professionals Association). She also presented many conferences on the topic (Infopresse Day, International Usability Day, Intracom, HEC Paris). Her other involvements were with the Socom (Société des communicateurs du Québec) and the MRIA (Marketing Research and Intelligence Association).
