3 AIP AD2 LFLB TEXT 1 FRANCE 30 SEP 04 1 ORGANISMES CHARGÉS DU CONTRÔLE DE LA CIRCULATION AÉRIENNE: CHAMBÉRY APP assure pendant ses heures d'ouverture les services de la circulation aérienne à l'intérieur de la TMA CHAMBÉRY. En dehors des heures d'ouverture de CHAMBÉRY APP, LYON APP assure les services de la circulation aérienne dans la partie 2 de la TMA CHAMBÉRY de 6000 ft AMSL au plafond de la TMA, et dans la partie 3. 1 AUTHORITY RESPONSIBLE FOR AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL CHAMBERY APP provides during its operating hours the air traffic services within the CHAMBERY TMA. Outside CHAMBERY APP operating hours, LYON APP provides the air traffic services within the part 2 of CHAMBERY TMA from 6000 ft AMSL up to the upper limit of the TMA, and in the part 3. 2 CALAGE ALTIMÉTRIQUE 1013,2 hpa. Le niveau de transition est calculé par l'approche de CHAMBÉRY AIX-LES- BAINS. L'altitude de transition est fixée à ft. 3 PROCÉDURES 3.1 Itinéraires IFR à l'intérieur de la TMA : arrivées Les itinéraires à utiliser figurent sur la carte ci-après départs Les itinéraires à utiliser figurent sur les cartes ci-après En dehors des horaires ATS, les demandes de clairance IFR au départ se font exclusivement par appel téléphonique auprès de LYON SAINT EXUPÉRY /77. Le décollage doit avoir lieu dans les 10 minutes transits Les transits à l'intérieur de la TMA ne sont possibles que sur autorisation de l'organisme responsable. PANNE DE COM - Transpondeur Suivre ou rejoindre la STAR autorisée ou, à défaut, la plus proche. - Se présenter à l IAF au dernier niveau assigné pour lequel il y a un accusé de réception s il est utilisable dans l attente, à défaut au niveau le plus élevé de l attente. - Attendre à ce niveau jusqu à l heure d arrivée dans l attente plus le délai d attente prévu (s il a été communiqué par l APCH et que le pilote en a accusé réception) plus 30 minutes, - Puis descendre dans le circuit d attente jusqu à ft. - Quitter alors l IAF pour entreprendre la procédure d approche. PANNE DE COM SUIVIE D UNE API Appliquer la procédure d API décrite sur le volet IAC puis se dérouter vers le terrain de dégagement prévu au PLN, en montée vers l altitude minimale de sécurité en route.
