Naturellement, il est toujours conseillé de bien vérifier si il y a du carburant dans le réservoir ainsi de vérifier que la sonde de contrôle de flamme soit bien connectée et propre. La première chose a faire est de voir si la machine marche bien à froid et que le système de «Total Stop» fonctionne. Ce contrôle nous à permis d exclure d emblée les positions e Restent à vérifier les circuits des positions de 5 à 10.

12 Apres s être assuré qu il n y a pas des problèmes mécaniques sur l électrovanne ; Faire un pont entre la position 5 et 10, ceci exclu tous les composants entre ces deux positions. Si avec ce point l électrovanne marche, cela signifie que le problème se situe au niveau d un des composants de 5 à 9. A ce point, continuer en faisant des ponts un par un pour trouver le défectueux. Par exemple : faire un pont entre la borne 7 et 10, si l électrovanne marche, cela signifie que la sonde de niveau gasoil est défectueuse. Contrôle du thermostat. Positions 1 et P1 indiquées sur le même thermostat. Faire un pont entre la borne 1 et P1 comme dans la photo suivante Borne 1 et P1 Ce contrôle permet de vérifier le fonctionnement du thermostat. Le dernier contrôle est le pont entre la borne 8 et M8 du schéma électrique en gardant le pont entre la borne 1 et P1. borne 8 et M8

13 Si la chaudière démarre, connecter à nouveau les câbles 1 et P1 au thermostat. Si l électrovanne ne marche toujours pas il faudra la remplacer. Le dernier control à faire est sur le micro-interrupteur du pressostat de la vanne de réglage de pression. Vérifiez que sur le micro-interrupteur il n y ait pas d humidité. En cas d humidité sur le micro il faudra le changer et mettre de la graisse sur le goujon du pressostat après avoir démonté la boite en plastique rouge.

14 À ce point si l électrovanne ne marche pas restent a vérifier les faux contacts sur les connexions ou le câblage e donc le remplacement de la carte électronique.
